Vins Extrêmes 2025, il 22 e 23 novembre a Bard (Aosta) torna il Salone Internazionale dei Vini Eroici
La viticoltura eroica torna protagonista in Valle d’Aosta con Vins Extrêmes 2025, il salone internazionale dedicato ai vini prodotti in contesti estremi.
L’appuntamento è fissato per sabato 22 e domenica 23 novembre 2025, al Forte di Bard (Aosta), con orario 10:00 – 18:30 in entrambe le giornate.
Un evento nato per valorizzare i territori difficili
La manifestazione è organizzata dal CERVIM – Centro di Ricerca, Studi, Salvaguardia, Coordinamento e Valorizzazione per la Viticoltura Montana – insieme all’Assessorato Agricoltura e Risorse Naturali della Regione Autonoma Valle d’Aosta, con la collaborazione della Chambre Valdôtaine e dell’Associazione Forte di Bard.
Nata nel 2017, la rassegna ha lo scopo di valorizzare le produzioni vitivinicole provenienti da territori eroici, come aree montane, piccole isole, pendii e terrazze, dove la coltivazione della vite richiede competenza, passione e impegno costante.
“Siamo orgogliosi di tornare al Forte di Bard con un evento che rappresenta un punto di riferimento per la viticoltura eroica nazionale e internazionale – dichiara il Presidente del CERVIM, Nicola Abbrescia. – Vins Extrêmes è molto più di una rassegna: è un momento di confronto in cui vignaioli, istituzioni ed esperti elaborano una visione comune. L’obiettivo è dare voce a produzioni di piccola quantità ma profondamente radicate nel territorio, che tutelano biodiversità, paesaggio e cultura vitivinicola insulare e montana”.
Il programma: degustazioni, masterclass e incontri
L’evento è rivolto sia ai professionisti del settore sia agli appassionati, con un programma ricco e variegato:
- banchi d’assaggio con i produttori presenti;
- masterclass dedicate a vitigni e terroir particolari;
- wine talk e incontri tematici su cambiamento climatico, biodiversità e valorizzazione dei vitigni autoctoni.
I partecipanti avranno l’occasione di degustare vini rari, confrontarsi direttamente con i vignaioli e approfondire le sfide e le opportunità legate alla viticoltura eroica.
Il Mondial des Vins Extrêmes
Sabato 22 novembre si terrà la cerimonia di premiazione dei vincitori del Mondial des Vins Extrêmes, l’unico concorso enologico al mondo riservato esclusivamente ai vini eroici.
Durante entrambe le giornate sarà inoltre possibile degustare tutte le etichette premiate nell’edizione 2025, rendendo ancora più coinvolgente l’esperienza dei visitatori.

Vins Extrêmes 2025, the International Salon of Heroic Wines returns on November 22 and 23 in Bard (Aosta)
Heroic viticulture is back in the spotlight in the Aosta Valley with Vins Extrêmes 2025, the international fair dedicated to wines produced in extreme contexts.
The appointment is set for Saturday, Nov. 22 and Sunday, Nov. 23, 2025, at the Fortress of Bard (Aosta), with hours 10 a.m.-6:30 p.m. on both days.
An event created to enhance difficult territories
The event is organized by CERVIM – Center for Research, Studies, Safeguarding, Coordination and Valorization for Mountain Viticulture – together with theAgriculture and Natural Resources Department of the Autonomous Region of Valle d’Aosta, with the collaboration of Chambre Valdôtaine and theFortress of Bard Association.
Established in 2017, the event aims to enhance wine production from heroic territories, such as mountain areas, small islands, slopes and terraces, where vine cultivation requires expertise, passion and constant commitment.
“We are proud to return to the Fortress of Bard with an event that represents a benchmark for national and international heroic viticulture,” says CERVIM President Nicola Abbrescia. – Vins Extrêmes is much more than a review: it is a moment of confrontation in which winemakers, institutions and experts develop a common vision. The goal is to give voice to productions that are small in quantity but deeply rooted in the territory, protecting biodiversity, landscape and island and mountain winemaking culture “.
The program: tastings, masterclasses and meetings
The event is aimed at both industry professionals and enthusiasts, with a rich and varied program:
- Tasting benches with producers in attendance;
- Masterclasses dedicated to particular grape varieties and terroirs;
- wine talks and thematic meetings on climate change, biodiversity, and the enhancement of native grape varieties.
Participants will have the opportunity to taste rare wines, engage directly with winemakers, and learn more about the challenges and opportunities related to heroic viticulture.
The Mondial des Vins Extrêmes
On Saturday, Nov. 22, the award ceremony for the winners of the Mondial des Vins Extrêmes, the only wine competition in the world reserved exclusively for heroic wines, will be held.
During both days, it will also be possible to taste all the labels awarded in the 2025 edition, making the visitors’ experience even more engaging.
