DESCRIPTION:Cantine Aperte In Vendemmia 2025 (Open Cellars In Harvest) \, MTV’s event returns to celebrate the highlight of the wine year  \nSeptember and October in Italy have an unmistakable scent: that of freshly harvested grapes and fermenting must. Cantine Aperte in Vendemmia 2025\, organized by the Wine Tourism Movement\, is the perfect opportunity to experience the most exciting time of the wine year up close.  \nThis is not just a simple tasting. Cantine Aperte In Vendemmia is a journey through vineyards laden with grapes\, wineries in ferment and territories that\, precisely in autumn\, show themselves in their most authentic guise. You can witness the magic of the harvest\, learn the secrets of winemaking\, meet winemakers and listen to stories rooted in tradition.   \nParticipating wineries will open their doors in all Italian regions\, offering guided tours\, tastings of wines and local specialties\, and walks among the rows. There will be no shortage of festive moments with live music\, performances and cultural activities. In many realities it will be possible to participate in simulated grape harvests or educational workshops\, also perfect for families.   \nFor wine tourism enthusiasts\, it is an opportunity to discover different territories\, from Piedmont to Sicily\, and live an experience that combines education\, conviviality and discovery. DESCRIPTION:Collio Evolution: first institutional event of the Appellation scheduled for October 25\, 26 and 27.\nAfter the celebrations for the Consortium’s 60th anniversary\, Collio takes a decisive step with the birth of Collio Evolution\, the Appellation’s first institutional event. An event that\, from this year on\, will be repeated on the same weekend in October\, dedicating each edition to a symbolic grape variety of the territory.  \nThe first edition\, scheduled from October 25 to 27\, 2025\, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.\, will open with the presentation of the research commissioned by the Collio Consortium to Nomisma\, dedicated to the perception and positioning of the Denomination. A study that represents the strategic basis for future activities and inaugurates a path of subsequent in-depth studies\, including on the economic front\, to return an increasingly complete picture of the value of Collio.  \nThe star varietal of the first edition will be Friulano\, an identity wine par excellence\, told through the participation of 52 wineries and a range of different vintages. An itinerary that will allow press and operators to grasp its evolution over time\, between tradition and innovation.  \nThe program includes moments reserved for the presswith technical tastings\, tasting counters with producers and spaces for direct discussion. There will be no shortage of appointments open to wine lovers\, with the walk around tasting and the Collio Award ceremony\, now in its 18th edition. \n“With Collio Evolution we give birth to the first institutional event of the Consortium\,” declares Lavinia Zamaro\, Director of the Consortium. “Every year\, on the same weekend\, Collio will celebrate a different grape variety. A format that we want to grow and consolidate\, to strengthen the identity of our Appellation and enhance it in Italy and abroad.”  \nSatisfaction also from President Luca Raccaro: “The debut with Friulano could not have been a better choice.
