Organized by BolognaFiere based on Slow Food‘s project and concept\, the Slow Wine Fair confirms itself as a reference point for producers\, buyers\, HoReCa operators\, sommeliers and wine lovers eager to discover the evolutions and diversities of the national and international wine scene.  \nWhat is the Slow Wine Fair\nThe Slow Wine Fair is an international fair that celebrates wines selected in accordance with the criteria of the Manifesto for Good\, Clean and Fair Wine\, that is\, wines produced with respect for the environment\, biodiversity and farming communities. The event is designed both for industry professionals-buyers\, importers\, distributors\, restaurateurs\, wine merchants\, and sommeliers-and for wine enthusiasts who wish to engage with a wide and qualified range of labels from around the world.  \nThe 2026 edition brings together more than 1\,000 Italian and international wineries in Halls 15 and 20 of BolognaFiere\, with a selection of more than 5\,000 labels available for tasting.
