The two-day event will feature tastings\, masterclasses\, a forum on wine tourism\, and meetings with producers\, the press\, and institutions.  \nNaples\, the wine capital of Campania\, will host “Campania Wine\,” an event on September 6 and 7 that will celebrate the region’s wine heritage through a program designed for industry professionals\, the press\, wine lovers\, and the general public. \nNow in its third edition\, the event represents the most important opportunity for the unified promotion of the regional wine sector\, thanks to the collaboration of Campania’s five main wine protection consortia: Sannio Wine Protection Consortium\, Vesuvius Wine Protection Consortium\, Irpinia Wine Protection Consortium\, Vitica – Caserta Wine Protection Consortium\, and Vita Salernum Vites – Salerno Wine Protection Consortium. The initiative is organized by the Wine Protection Consortia in collaboration withthe Campania Region’s Department of Agriculture and the City of Naples\, and showcases the region’s entire wine heritage—from the slopes of Vesuvius to the Phlegraean Fields\, from Sannio to Irpinia\, from the province of Caserta to Cilento and the Amalfi Coast.  \nWhere\nThe heart of the event will be the Galleria Umberto I\, which will host the large-scale tasting experience open to the public\, and the MUSAP – Museo Artistico Politecnico\, the venue for masterclasses and in-depth discussions. DESCRIPTION:OltreGusto – Oltrepò\, the Land of Pinot Noir: On September 7 and 8\, the sixth edition of the event organized by the Oltrepò Pavese Consortium will introduce a new partnership to showcase Pinot Noir and the outstanding food and wine specialties of the region—and beyond.\n\nThe year 2026\, which marked the official launch of Classese and the announcement of a new project for still wines featuring the historic Montenapoleone designation\, also brings another milestone for the Oltrepò Pavese Wine Consortium. It sees the debut of OltreGusto – Oltrepò\, the Land of Pinot Noir\, which combines the sixth edition of the Consortium’s event dedicated to DOCG Traditional Method sparkling wines and DOC Pinot Noir (red wines) with the second edition of OltreGusto\, celebrating local flavors and outstanding food and wine excellence. \nOpening Ceremony at the Valentino Garavani Theatre\n\n\nThe opening ceremony will take place on Monday\, September 7\, in the enchanting setting of the Valentino Garavani Theatre in Voghera (Pavia Province)\, where at 9:30 a.m.\, the event will open with institutional greetings\, followed by a technical masterclass led by Alessandro Masnaghetti\, the leading authority in the creation of wine region maps. During the session\, he will present the research and mapping work carried out across the territory over the past few months\, which has resulted in the publication of a concise volume highlighting the key features that define the Oltrepò Pavese wine landscape\, together with the essential 2D and 3D maps of the region.  \nOltrepò Terra di Pinot Nero\n\n\nOltrepò\, the Land of Pinot Noir will then continue in the gardens of the Gallini Agricultural Institute in Voghera\, a landmark of agricultural education since 1894. They will also discover outstanding local products thanks to the participation of the event’s partner companies.  \n\n\nFor each evening\, visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy five wine tastings and nine tastings from as many restaurants from the Oltrepò Pavese area. The chefs will present hot and cold dishes\, both sweet and savory\, selected from their finest creations. They will also be joined by live cooking demonstrations featuring Michelin-starred Italian chefs. In addition\, there will be no shortage of prestigious guests taking turns on stage\, preparing their own creations live.  \n\n\nThe sessions will be hosted by Carlo Passera\, editorial coordinator of Identità Golose.
