The event brings together the region’s wine production with its culinary and artisanal specialties\, transforming the streets and squares of the historic center into a vast space dedicated to discovery and conviviality.  \nThe 2026 edition also marks a new direction in the event’s communication strategy\, summed up by the slogan “The city comes alive with flavor.” The new graphic design\, created by artist Luca Font\, features the sun from Udine’s Clock Tower as its central element\, transforming it into a symbol of the energy\, connection\, and conviviality that define Friuli DOC. The City has chosen to refresh the event’s image while maintaining its connection to its history and the event’s historic logo.   \nFriuli DOC offers an opportunity to discover the region’s food and wine heritage through wines\, local products\, cuisine\, and crafts\, as well as to experience Udine and its historic center. From the areas at the foot of the castle all the way to Via Mercatovecchio\, Piazza XX Settembre\, and Via Vittorio Veneto\, the city becomes the stage for an event that celebrates the local area\, traditions\, and community.  \nThe program\nThe 2026 program includes tastings\, meetings\, culinary activities\, cultural events\, and activities dedicated to sports and leisure.
