DESCRIPTION:Autoctono si nasce… in Bologna: A Major Event Dedicated to Native Italian Grape Varieties\nGo Wine Presents “Autoctono si nasce…” in Bologna\nOn Thursday\, October 15\, Go Wine is hosting an event in Bologna entirely dedicated to native Italian grape varieties. \nOne of the city’s most important events of the year\, this is part of the “Autoctono si nasce…” tour that Go Wine is promoting throughout Italy this fall. \nIn the halls of the Hotel Relais Bellaria\, a selection of wineries will interact directly with the public\, while others will participate by presenting their wines in a special wine bar\, highlighting the theme of biodiversity in the vineyard. \nBiodiversity in Italian Vineyards\nThe event will highlight the richness of Italian viticulture\, which encompasses many regions linked by history and culture across the country\, from north to south. \nMore than 60 varieties will be featured: an extraordinary tasting opportunity that also offers a comprehensive overview of the participating wineries. \nThe event is open to Go Wine members\, supporters\, and industry professionals. \n\n\nProgram\, Schedule\, and Reservation Procedures\nTo ensure the smoothest flow of participants and allow as many people as possible to access the tasting area\, entry will be divided into time slots (which must be adhered to) and is by reservation only; reservations must be received by 12: 00 p.m. on Thursday\, October 15. \n4:15 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.\nPreview: Tasting reserved exclusively for qualified industry professionals (food and wine journalists\, recognized representatives from wine shops\, restaurants\, and wine bars: two people per establishment). \nAccreditation requests must be submitted via email to\n.
