DESCRIPTION:CesenaINbolla 2026 – Taste & Wine Festival dedicated to Ho.Re.Ca. operators with hundreds of wineries\, tasting counters and business opportunities. \nAlso back in February 2026 is the appointment with CesenaINbolla – Taste & Wine Festival\, the oenological event that for more than ten years has been bringing together sector operators\, buyers and Ho.Re.Ca. professionals around great Italian wines\, with an accentuated focus on sparkling wines but with a wide-ranging look at still wines as well.  \nThe 11th edition will take place on Monday\, Feb. 9 and Tuesday\, Feb. 10\, 2026\, at Cesena Fiera\, putting itself forward as one of the leading B2B fairs dedicated to wine business in Northern and Central Italy. \nAn established format for Ho.Re.Ca. operators.\nCesenaINbolla is a Taste & Wine Festival entirely dedicated to Ho.Re.Ca. operators – restaurants\, bars\, hotels\, wine shops and distributors – with restricted access upon mandatory registration. During the two-day fair\, professionals can meet and taste the productions of hundreds of Italian wineries (and more)\, discover new labels to be included on menus and wine lists\, and build business relationships with producers and importers.  \nThe 2026 edition\, hosted in the halls of Cesena Fiera\, will have tasting booths open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on both days\, with admission allowed only to people over 18 years of age. \nWhat to expect at CesenaINbolla 2026\nThe heart of the event are the tasting tables\, where each winery has a dedicated booth with B2B meeting area and tasting counter.
