DESCRIPTION:Discover Decant…iamo il Panettone 2025 in Fondi: tastings\, masterclasses and pairings between Christmas cake and wines from the Lazio region.\nOn Saturday\, Nov. 15\, 2025\, Fondi (LT) will host “Decant…iamo il Panettone\,” the enogastronomic event signed by theDecant Association that celebrates the tradition of artisanal panettone paired with the best wines\, beers and spirits of Lazio. \nOver the course of the day\, visitors will have the opportunity to taste dozens of panettone cakes made by some fifteen master pastry chefs and local producers\, each with their own interpretation of the ultimate Christmas dessert. The goodies will be accompanied by selections of wines\, craft beers and spirits\, offering a complete sensory experience between sweetness and bubbles.  \nThe event will also include a masterclass on classic panettone\, in which a Claudio Gatti\, president of the Accademia Maestri del Lievito Madre e del Panettone Italiano will explain leavening techniques\, the artisanal process and ideal pairings. \nA special moment will be the “Panettone del Pubblico.” Participants will be able to taste and vote for their favorite\, and the exhibitor with the most votes will win a €500 purchase voucher offered by the technical partner. \nDecant…iamo il Panettone is not just an occasion for indulgence: it is an invitation to delve into Italian confectionery culture\, to discover how an iconic product can become an ambassador of the territory.
