DESCRIPTION:Daniele Cernilli\, aka DoctorWine\, meets Tenuta San Vincenti Friday\, Nov. 21\, at Enoteca Io Vino in Albano Laziale\nOn November 21\, Enoteca IO VINO will host an evening dedicated to those who experience wine as knowledge and culture\, enhanced by the presence of Daniele Cernilli\, known as DoctorWine. His presence adds a rare value to this tasting\, as his insight has helped shape Italian wine consciousness.  \nSan Vincenti estate: beauty\, altitude and character\nAn exceptional reality for its beauty and uniqueness will be presented: Tenuta San Vincenti.\nWe are in the heart of Chianti Classico\, in an area suspended between the Crete Senesi\, Monte Amiata and the Val d’Orcia. The estate overlooks from above a hill surrounded by woods: an unspoiled\, bright place\, protected by biodiversity. The vineyards are up to 600 meters above sea level\, surrounded by fresh air\, light and silence. A beauty that is not scenography\, but substance: a landscape that shapes the wines\, giving freshness\, precision and personality.    \nInterpreting this territory is Carlo Dell’Aiuto\, the estate’s winemaker\, who will be present during the tasting.
