Since then\, the editorial project has expanded to include magazines\, guidebooks\, television\, training programs\, events\, and digital content\, keeping pace with the evolution of the Italian food and wine sector. \nThe 40th-anniversary celebrations will take place on October 25 and 26 at La Nuvola in Rome\, with two days dedicated to the presentation of the 2027 Guides and a series of tastings\, award ceremonies\, meetings\, and culinary events. \nThe two-day event at La Nuvola will bring together producers\, chefs\, pizza makers\, restaurant owners\, industry professionals\, journalists\, and food enthusiasts\, offering an overview of the top establishments featured in the Gambero Rosso 2027 Guides. \nThe Program for October 25\nThe first day will be dedicated to wine\, featuring the presentation and awards ceremony for the 2027 Guida Vini d’Italia. The event will take place at the Hotel Cristoforo Colombo\, for a day designed for both enthusiasts and industry professionals. \nFrom 12:30 pm to 8:30 pm\, the public will be able to meet Italian and foreign producers\, learn about various expressions of the wine scene\, and participate in a tasting program featuring wines\, spirits\, and food products. The format brings together small and medium-sized producers and focuses on direct relationships with the public\, offering the opportunity to delve deeper into the characteristics of companies\, regions\, and individual productions. \nVino\, spirits and food\nViniAmo d’Autunno offers an experience that goes beyond just tasting wine.
