DESCRIPTION:Scollinando – the gourmet walk among the vineyards of Historic Buttafuoco – is back. Sunday\, June 1 from 10 a.m.\,\nin Canneto Pavese. \nThe gourmet walk among the vineyards of Historic Buttafuoco.\nOn Sunday\, June 1\, the Historic Buttafuoco Club is relaunching a new edition of Scollinando – a gourmet walk among the vineyards of Historic Buttafuoco\, the traveling food and wine experience in the hills of Oltrepò Pavese \nIt starts at the House of Historic Buttafuoco\, the Club’s Enoteca in Piazzetta Buttafuoco in Canneto Pavese. \nParticipants-divided into groups with staggered departures starting at 10 a.m. -walk in the hills with tasty stops among the rows of Rogolino\, Bricco in Versira and Pianlong vineyards. SUMMARY:La Vieste en Rose
DESCRIPTION:Vieste en Rose 2025 is the event that inaugurates the Gargano town’s summer. The appointment is for June 1\, 2025 with tastings of rosé wines from Puglia and from all over Italy\, art\, music and entertainment. \nLa Vieste en Rose in brief\nOver 200 wineries\, not only from Puglia but also from Italy and internationally. This is the beating heart of the sixth edition of the La Vieste en Rose\, the festival that\, from May 29 to June 1\, will transform the historic center of Vieste into an enchanted path among the thousand shades of the rosé wine. An experience to be lived with all the senses\, among tales of vineyards\, music\, art and authentic flavors. In the charming setting of the seaside village\, the city will be dressed in pink: every corner of the historic center will come alive with themed displays\, soft lighting\, tastings and meetings that mix the pleasure of wine with the discovery of those who produce it\, tell about it and love it. \nAt the tasting tables\, excellence from the Puglia\, from all over Italy and the rest of the world\, such as. France\, Germany\, Austria\, Bulgaria\, Chile\, Colombia\, Spain\, Greece\, Portugal\, Moldova\, Romania\, Turkey and Slovakia. A mosaic of cultures that will give visitors an extraordinary wine panorama\, projecting the event among the reference events of the national food and wine scene. \nVieste en Rose is much more than a wine festival: it is a journey through excellence and small great discoveries\, in which every glass becomes a story to be listened to. \nPartners\nStrongly desired by Partesa\, a leading company in the food & beverage sector\, specializing in the sale and distribution of beverages for the ho.re.ca channel\, La Vieste en Rose has had great support from the Municipality of Vieste from the beginning. Over the years it has become an absolute reference point for the area\, acquiring a national and international dimension\, finding such valuable shores as ICE (Agency for the promotion abroad and internationalization of Italian companies) and the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles\, the world’s top wine competition dedicated to wines. An event\, La Vieste en Rose\, that combines culture and entertainment\, enhancing rosé as an authentic expression of the territory\, an ambassador of Puglia in the world. \nWine and more\n“Vieste is once again confirmed as the capital of wine and food tourism\, offering all visitors an unmissable opportunity to experience our territory in an authentic and engaging way\,” explained Graziamaria Starace\, Councillor for Tourism of the Municipality of Vieste. \nAnd while the wine tells\, the music accompanies: between street artists\, live concerts and traveling performances\, each evening will become a widespread party\, culminating in the grand final celebration with music and dancing under the stars. \nAlong with wine\, taste will also be the protagonist: thanks to the involvement of restaurant businesses in the historic center\, which will present themed menus\, proposing typical local products\, the perfect combination of rosé and food will be practically guaranteed. Not to mention the presence of producers from the Slow Food circuit\, for a gastronomic itinerary that celebrates the best of Made in Italy. \nBut that’s not all: accompanying the tastings is a jam-packed program of masterclasses\, seminars and talks\, led by more than fifty technicians\, oenologists\, and international wine and food journalists\, to discover up close the characteristics\, potential and wonders of rosé wine. \nRosé wine\n“It’s been about 20 years that the growth of rosé wine consumption is remarkable\, and these events make its nuances fully known\,” told Enzo Scivetti\, a consultant\, lecturer and trainer in wine\, spirits\, cigars\, catering and hotels. \nFor Massimo Di Cintio\, food and wine journalist\, “rosé wine is growing strongly\, it is entering people’s hearts also thanks to its versatility. Consumption is increasing\, its consideration is increasing\, and this is an opportunity to enjoy it to the full in a very beautiful setting such as Vieste.” \nVieste en Rose is not just an event\, but a way to experience the area\, to celebrate its identity and to toast in style to the summer that is about to begin\, among taste\, art\, conviviality and breathtaking views. \nUseful information\nParticipating in La Vieste en Rose will be very easy: simply purchase a ticket at www.laviesteenrose.com and\, starting at 7 p.m. on June 1\, go to the info points set up in the historic center to pick up your ticket\, goblet and goblet holder.

SUMMARY:Alta Langa Rome
DESCRIPTION:Alta Langa Rome: on Monday\, June 16\, the High Piedmontese Bubbles in the Capital\, at Spazio Field in Palazzo Brancaccio\, for a great B2B tasting\nEverything is ready in the capital for Alta Langa Roma\, the B2B event dedicated to Piedmont’s High Bubbles. \nMore than 30 producers associated with the Consortium will present to the public a selection of their cuvées of classic method currently on the market\, in all more than 70 labels divided between whites\, rosés and reserves\, in the brut and pas dosé types. \nThe Consortium offers producers the opportunity to meet operators\, experts and enthusiasts in Rome with the desire to consolidate a presence and create a fixed and recurring appointment. A unique opportunity to present the vintages currently on the market of Alta Langa DOCG (metodo classico tutto millesimato) and to make the unique and extraordinary territory of origin better and better known. \nAfter the success of the first edition\, Alta Langa DOCG returns to Rome and brings with it its bubbles of character\, an authentic expression of the high hillsides of Piedmont close to the Ligurian Apennines. \nThe second edition confirms the Capital’s growing interest in this classic method\, which is increasingly present on the wine lists of haute cuisine and among the preferences of an attentive and demanding public. \nInvited masterclasses conducted by Marco Reitano\nInvitation-only master classes conducted by Marco Reitano\, sommelier at La Pergola *** restaurant (Rome Cavalieri – The Waldorf Astoria)\, will be held throughout the day. \nAlta Langa DOCG meets Rome in ten leading venues\nThese days\, ten renowned Roman eateries are the protagonists of a photo shoot that brings the allure of Alta Langa DOCG to the Eternal City. Alta Langa DOCG met the Roman restaurant scene to tell many stories of passion and craftsmanship\, from the dining room to the heart of the kitchens\, in a photographic journey that celebrates the flavors and some of the protagonists of the Roman gastronomic scene. The shots are posted on the Consortium’s social channels highlighting\, through the face of the Roman haute cuisine\, the contemporary spirit of Alte Bollicine Piemontesi. The venues involved: Mirabelle\, Follie del Villa Agrippina at Gran Meliá Hotel\, L’Arcangelo\, Armando al Pantheon\, Sushisen\, Romané by Stefano Callegari\, Baccano\, Idylio by Apreda of The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel\, Ai Piani\, Osteria Chiari. \nDebuts “WAVES”: an installation symbolizing the territory\nDuring the day\, “ONDE” will make its official debut: a new project of the Alta Langa Consortium\, designed to tell the story of the territory of origin in an innovative way. The installation faithfully reproduces the contour lines of the Alta Langa DOCG area through a composition of thin layers of wood overlaid and painted in the distinctive yellow-gold shade. Characterized by a modern and recognizable design\, the model is intended to become an iconic element of the Consortium’s events\, offering geographical and narrative information about the extraordinary characteristics of the area of origin. A sea of hills that bears the memory of an ancient sea basin and that today houses the vineyards for the production of the Piedmontese metodo classico par excellence. \nThe cocktail: “Alta Langa Passion”\nThe event will feature a special cocktail created for the occasion by Giacomo Colamarino\, bar manager of Ai Piani Sottobanco: it is called Alta Langa Passion and combines Alta Langa DOCG with passion fruit syrup\, lime juice\, vodka\, as well as a lime garnish. \n“Alta Langa DOCG proves to be an Italian excellence capable of surprising even in mixing: with its elegant character and structure\, it was the perfect inspiration to create an exclusive cocktail\, designed to celebrate the meeting between Piedmont and Rome\,” comments Colamarino. \nUseful information\nThe appointment is for Monday\, June 16\, 2025\, from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.\, at Spazio Field in Palazzo Brancaccio – with entrance from Via Merulana 248. \nThe event is reserved for Horeca and press operators and is free admission but with prior registration at this link.

SUMMARY:AMONTEFALCO: Benvenuti A Montefalco
DESCRIPTION:MONTEFALCO: Benvenuti A Montefalco! This year we do not invite you to take part in the Sagrantino Preview\, but we invite you to come “To Montefalco” \nAMONTEFALCO\, The new naming that encapsulates the sense of what this territory wants to tell today. A unique place in many respects\, thanks to the multifacetedness of its wines\, the quality of its productions and those who interpret the beauty of this piece of Italy every day. A heart that is becoming greener and that is taking another step forward in the area of sustainability. Here is what will emerge during this very special event that profoundly changes its concept. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAMONTEFALCO is land for wine\, it is no longer just Sagrantino and it is no longer just a Preview. The preview of the new vintage of Montefalco Sagrantino is joined by “real” previews\, that is\, previews of the vintages of wines coming out on the market\, in a journey at once vertical and horizontal. \nThere is an A that guides us\, the first letter of the alphabet that is a bit of a return to the roots. But it also indicates a desire to write new pages\, to start again\, to begin to tell a new story. \n\nAMONTEFALCO: Benvenuti A Montefalco is the event dedicated to the Previews of the area’s wines and will be characterized by the promotion of the territory with many novelties and extreme attention to the environment. The greatest desire is to open this territory to the world. The desire to make it known even more for the uniqueness of wines that come from a unique and unrepeatable territory. All this\, however\, without winking at fads or trends. Instead\, proposing the solidity of roots and history\, the emotions that memory can arouse if one thinks of Umbria\, of the territory of Montefalco\, understood as the municipalities that belong to the Montefalco and Spoleto appellations that are daughters of this land\, a land for wine and that makes hospitality one of its main attitudes. \nThe initiative is reserved for accredited journalists and practitioners. \nFor accreditation and all program information you can visit the official page

Everything is organized in a simple way: by region and alphabetically by producer\, so that it is easy to browse and choose. \nDuring the event\, it will be possible to taste a selection of the wines in the guide\, paired with a light aperitif served directly on the sea. The atmosphere will be relaxed and convivial\, perfect for discovering new wines to chill and maybe start planning some winery visits: wine tourism is one of the most beautiful and safe ways to discover Italy. \nWhether you are a professional in the field or just an enthusiast\, this is the right opportunity to be inspired by a unique selection to be enjoyed at sunset. \nLimited seats! SUMMARY:Mare e Vitovska in Morje 2025
DESCRIPTION:Mare e Vitovska is the annual rendezvous with the most famous indigenous grape variety of the Trieste\, Gorizia and Slovenian Karst\, organized by the Association of Karst-Kras Winegrowers in the picturesque location of Duino Castle.\nThe vitovska\nVitovska is a unique grape variety that speaks of the Karst\, a borderland of rock and sea. It grows in that small corner of territory behind Trieste\, stretching eastward toward the Breg\, a small valley eroded and created over millennia by the Rosandra stream\, and westward toward the Italian and Slovenian Karst. Vitovska gives wines that transparently tell the authentic character of these fascinating lands\, rich in history and tradition. \nVitovska is a white grape variety that has always been grown in the province of Trieste and in areas of neighboring Slovenia. The origin of the name is still uncertain\, but the grape variety is probably of Slovenian origin. Some say it derives from the Slovenian word vitica (grape vine). \nUnlike other varieties whose ancient or recent origins are known\, Vitovska can be considered a native variety; in fact\, there is no trace of other varieties with which it can be identified in other regions of the Mediterranean\, and its history has been lost in the folds of centuries of local tradition\, reaching\, through a long process of adaptation and selection\, the current characteristics that allow it to give results in the red lands of the Karst where it is able to withstand\, whipped by the Bora\, the cold winters and the drought of the hot season. \nThe event\nMare e Vitovska is the annual rendezvous with Karst’s most famous native grape variety. \nTastings with food pairings by restaurateurs from the province of Trieste and beyond; a guided tasting by the AIS of Trieste\, a conference with the theme “Vitovska\, wine of the Karst\, an expression of its territory and those who grow it. Resistant to the trends of fickle viticultural fashion. What future has viticulture linked to native wines and its terroir?” \nCorner shops with typical Karst products such as wines\, cheeses\, cured meats\, sweets\, honey and extra virgin olive oil will be set up. \nThe 2025 edition of Mare e Vitovska in Morje will be held June 25-28 in the picturesque setting of Duino Castle in Trieste. The event was born out of a desire to promote and publicize local food and wine excellence. The event will be attended by producers from the Trieste Karst and those from the Slovenian Karst\, as well as some guest winemakers from other regions of Italy. \nCompleting the program: a gastronomic offer of the area paired with extreme care with the wines being tasted\, a conference\, a walk among the vineyards\, all in a cosmopolitan and international setting\, symbolized by the enchanting panorama overlooking the sea with views of Slovenia\, Croatia and the first Julian Alps. \nProgram\nWednesday\, June 25 \nFAI a tour of the vineyard\nWalk through the vineyards – Event organized by the local FAI office\nFor information and reservations write to trieste@delegazionefai.fondoambiente.it \nThursday\, June 26 \nWelcome dinner at Lokanda Devetak – www.devetak.com\nInfo and reservations – 0481 882488 | info@devetak.com \nFriday\, June 27 \n3:30 p.m. – Opening conference/tasting \n6 p.m. – 10 p.m. – Official opening of the event \nSaturday\, June 28 \n6 p.m. – 10 p.m. – Official opening of the event \nENTRANCE\nDuring the two-day event at the castle\, tickets will be put on sale only in case of good weather.
