SUMMARY:Lessinia sparkling wines at Made in Malga
DESCRIPTION:https://vino.tv/bollicine-della-lessinia-a-made-in-malga/: The festival dedicated to mountain flavors chooses the classic method sparkling wine from the Lessini Mountains as the official bubbly of the event\nThe fresh and savory bubbles of Monti Lessini were chosen to accompany the gastronomic excellence of Made in Malga\, the most famous event dedicated to mountain flavors. \nOn the first two weekends of September (September 5-7 and 12-14)\, in Asiago\, sparkling wine made from Durella grapes will be the official bubbly of the kermesse dedicated to mountain cheese and highland excellence\, from honey and jams to beer and food. The classic method sparkling wine\, born in the high hills between Verona and Vicenza\, will have its own dedicated space within the food area\, where it can be tasted by the glass with the possibility of comparing different interpretations. \nWhen paired with mountain delicacies\, Monti Lessini Metodo Classico will certainly stand out as an indigenous sparkling wine of great depth and personality\, able to hold its own with the strong flavors of traditional mountain dishes. Reserves aged over 10 years on the lees will also be on tasting\, demonstrating the character of this bubbly capable of beating time. “Being present here with our Monti Lessini Metodo Classico\,” points out Gianni Tessari\, president of the Consortium for the protection of the wine\, “has a special value because in this way we emphasize the strong link with the territory precisely in the year in which the modification of the production regulations becomes effective. From a commercial point of view then\, it is worth remembering that our Metodo Classico wants to position itself among the best sparkling wines at the Italian and international level.” \nCharacter of wine\, strength of flavors.\nThis year\, in fact\, Made in Malga will also open its doors to gourmet cuisine with the delicacies of star chef Alessandro Dal Degan. On the other hand\, those who want to delight in traditional dishes in Carli Square will be able to taste knife-cut sheep arrosticini\, mountain dishes\, tastings of Asiago dop of different ages\, potato tortel\, and potato gnocchi from Rotzo. \nThe Asiago Bistrot will be by chef Massimo Spallino\, of the Vecchia Stazione Hotel in Roana Canove\, who will offer baked lasagna with chanterelles and aged Asiago\, Asiago dumplings and pork knuckle with polenta and apple pie\, and\, in addition\, Dolomite Food\, with Asiago potato rosti and sauerkraut sausages\, \nAlso starring is mountain pizza with Picci of Asiago and its Pennar and Asiago\, pulled pork and caramelized onion pizzas. \n“This year Made in Malga takes a step forward\,” explains Luca Olivan\, event organizer\, “managing to bring together the excellence of Lessinia. We have a mountain sparkling wine that many envy us and that will be the protagonist not only at the tasting in Piazza Carli but also in the masterclasses\, demonstrating a unique maturity.” \nThe Lessini Durello DOC\nThe Lessini Durello appellation\, recognized in 1987\, has about 430 hectares planted with Durella grapes\, spread over the foothills of the Lessini Mountains\, between Verona and Vicenza. Today there are 34 wineries associated with the consortium and about 1 million bottles are produced each year\, including 700\,000 Lessini Durello Charmat and 300\,000 Monti Lessini Metodo Classico. \nExhibition Market Hours\n\nFriday\, September 5\, 2025 from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.\nSaturday\, September 6\, 2025 from 09:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.\nSunday\, September 7\, 2025 from 09:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.\n\nInformation and details at https://www.madeinmalga.it/

SUMMARY:Coconut...Wine 2025
DESCRIPTION:Cocco…Wine 2025: One of the tastiest and most attended food and wine events in Piedmont is now in its 24th year.\n\nCocconato will thus be transformed into a virtual wine road\, where wine tastings will alternate with typical local products\, filling the town’s historic center and hosting the wineries of Cocconato and Monferrato. \nA successful formula that is renewed in each edition and promotes multiple factors: the enhancement of places (the landscape of Cocconato\, the historic center to walk through)\, gastronomic tradition (typical products such as robiola di Cocconato\, many taste venues in and around the village)\, and wine with a parterre of wineries that team up in the local consortium and open the doors of the event to other wineries in Piedmont. \nThe new edition of the event returns from Friday\, September 5 to Sunday\, September 7\, 2025. New for the 2025 edition is the new schedule: the event expands the time on Sunday\, which will start at 11:00 am. For Saturday\, the start is scheduled for 4:00 pm. \nThe Consortium Cocconato Riviera del Monferrato\nThe association Go Wine promotes and organizes the event in agreement with the City of Cocconato and the Cocconato Riviera del Monferrato Consortium. \nThus\, the wineries associated with the local consortium\, created a few years ago to promote the wineries in the Cocconato d’Asti (At) area\, and artisans of taste that enhance local products will be present. An ambitious project to team up and give more strength to the potential that Cocconato expresses with its territory and its historical vocation for taste. \nThe Wine Islands:\nRounding out the offerings will be many wineries from Piedmont and Italy \nThe Wine Islands represent a tradition of Cocco…Wine.\nThey were conceived under the sign of comparison with wines from other regions and enrich the offer for the benefit of wine lovers who have always appreciated this formula.\nThere are three themes of the Wine Islands of the 2025 edition: wines of Sardinia\, heroic wines and Alta Langa. \nThe typical products\, the flavors of the territory\nCocconato has always been a town with a high wine and food vocation and a village of taste; there are many restaurants in the historic center and surrounding countryside.\nIn the name of hospitality\, which is a tradition here and brings many tourists and curious people to visit this corner of Monferrato every year. So not only wine! \nSince the first edition\, the Cocco…Wine event has also been a showcase for typical local products\, highlighting local artisans of taste and some guests who participate in the event each year.\nToday the Cocconato Riviera del Monferrato Consortium leads this part of the event with some of its associates\, while a very active Pro Loco completes the offer by animating in the Cortile del Collegio an open-air catering with traditional dishes. \nAnd again during the event the initiative Walk the Village of Cocconato.\nThe 2025 edition of Cocco…Wine enriches its program by inviting the general public of the kermesse\, to a special event\, to alternate with the many tastings along the Via del Gusto in Via Roma.\n“Camminare il Borgo” is an initiative designed to enhance and raise awareness of Cocconato d’Asti through a guided walk in the heart of the historic center\, in the upper part.\nA path that allows you to discover\, step by step\, the architectural\, cultural and landscape heritage of the upper part of one of the most fascinating villages in Piedmont.\nDuring the tour it will be possible to admire historic buildings\, Gothic arcades\, churches and panoramic views\, in a perfectly preserved urban setting. The tour takes place entirely in the pedestrian center and allows visitors to learn more about the history and identity of the town\, with references to its agricultural and food and wine vocation.\n“Walk the Village” aims to be an accessible experience for all\, designed to combine culture\, discovery and enhancement of the area. \nDays and times of the initiative: always meeting at Statute Square. \n\nSaturday\, September 6\, 5:30 p.m. and 9 p.m.\nSunday\, September 7\, 11:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.\n\nEach route\, lasting about 45 minutes\, will end at the outdoor area of Locanda Martelletti where the Wine Island related to Eroic Viticulture will be in operation. \n“Il Salotto”\nOn Friday\, September 5\, the traditional preview of the event will take place with “Il Salotto di Cocco…Wine\,” a moment dedicated to the table with the flavors and wines of the wineries of the Consortium Cocconato Riviera del Monferrato. Here each winery will present a wine of the heart in a special wine bar. The wines will be paired with dishes designed for the occasion by Cocconato restaurateurs. \nThe wines presented at the “Salon” will create an exclusive tasting. \nAlso on Friday at 6:30 p.m.\, there will be a guided in-depth tasting of Cocconato’s Barbera d’Asti Superiore\, reserved for press and professional operators (for accreditation requests\, send an email to stampa.eventi@gowinet.it). \nThe program\nFriday\, Sept. 5: the preview of the “Salon of Cocconato” \n\n6:30 p.m. Guided in-depth tasting of Barbera d’Asti Superiore di Cocconato\n8 p.m. The “Salotto di Cocco…Wine”: dining with the flavors and wines of Cocconato.\n\nSaturday\, September 6 from 4 p.m. to midnight\nSunday\, September 7 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. \n\nOpening “Cocco Wine” tasting booth featuring:\n– the wineries of Cocconato and Monferrato;\n– the thematic Wine Islands (The Alta Langa appellation and Sardinia);\n– Eroic viticulture in the upper part of the Borgo; and\, on Sunday only\, Moscato Wine Festival.\nGastronomic stalls of typical products.\nOn Sunday\, a guided in-depth tasting of Barbera in Cocconato\, Italy and the World (open to the public)\n\nUseful information:\nTasting tickets for Sept. 6 and Sept. 7 is available online at www.gowinet.it by Sept. 4\, 2025\, or directly on-site. \nDetails of “Il Salotto di Cocco… Wine” and the guided tasting will be available in the coming days\, along with booking forms \nAlso being updated are the wineries featured in the event and exhibitors of typical products

SUMMARY:Verona - Appuntamento Soave
DESCRIPTION:Appuntamento Soave (Soave appointment): contemporary elegance. On Sept. 8\, at the Circolo Ufficiali in Verona\, the event dedicated to the best of Soave interpretations returns. \nThe “Appuntamento Soave” event.\nOn Monday\, September 8\, at the Circolo Ufficiali di Castelvecchio (Verona)\, Appuntamento Soave returns\, the event\, curated by the Consorzio di Tutela del Soave in collaboration with the Strada del Vino Soave and the support of Banco BPM\, dedicated to the best interpretations of the iconic Italian white wine\, a symbol of Made in Italy worldwide. \nElegance in elegance\, this year\, for an edition that sees the participation of more than 40 member wineries\, on the most beautiful terrace of Verona\, underlining the strong link with the city of Verona. In fact\, the event was created with the intention of telling the story of Soave starting from the heart of Verona\, divulging the excellence of the wine and the beauty of the hills – recognized as a world agricultural heritage by the FAO – to sector operators\, specialized press\, wine lovers and enthusiasts. \nContemporary\, indigenous\, and elegant will be the adjectives that will return often in the 2025 edition of Appuntamento Soave\, starting with which seminars\, masterclasses\, talk shows dedicated to current issues for the sector\, and tasting counters will kick off. Space will also be given to an analysis of the evolutionary potential that characterizes Soave. Elegance\, which in Soave is found both when one is faced with a vintage glass\, fresher and fruitier\, and when one is faced with a more evolved glass\, with references to minerality and tertiary scents. \nFormat:\nBetween seminars\, tasting counters and talk shows dedicated to current events in the sector\, Soave presents itself as an icon of Italian white wine.
\nExhibition Market Hours\n\nFriday\, September 12\, 2025 from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.\nSaturday\, September 13\, 2025 from 09:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.\nSunday\, September 14\, 2025 from 09:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.\n\nInformation and details at https://www.madeinmalga.it/

SUMMARY:Panzano in Chianti - Vino al Vino 2025
DESCRIPTION:Vino al Vino 2025: On Sept. 19\, 20 and 21\, Panzano in Chianti celebrates the territory and 30 years of the Union of\nWinemakers\nThe Union of Winegrowers of Panzano in Chianti\nFrom September 19 to 21\, 2025 Vino al Vino\, the annual event that brings together the wineries of the Union of Winegrowers of Panzano\, returns to Panzano in Chianti. An event dedicated to wine-making excellence\, territorial identity and direct dialogue between producers and the public. \nThis year’s edition takes on a special significance. In fact\, it marks the 30th anniversary of the founding of the Union of Winegrowers of Panzano in Chianti\, established in 1995 on the occasion of the first edition of Vino al Vino. The Union of Winegrowers of Panzano in Chianti was the first winegrowers’ association founded in the Chianti Classico territory\, with the intention of promoting viticulture that respects the environment and is deeply rooted in the land that generates it. \nDuring the event\, visitors will be able to taste a selection of more than 80 labels between Chianti Classico and IGT\, confronting themselves directly with the producers present. A unique opportunity to discover the fruit of work based on consistency\, quality and sustainability. \nToday the Panzano Winegrowers’ Union represents almost the entire UGA (Additional Geographical Unit) of Panzano with a vineyard area of 595 hectares. Currently 95% of the vineyards are certified organic. This is an extraordinary achievement\, the result of a journey that began in 2012 when Panzano was recognized as Italy’s first viticultural biodistrict with 60 percent of the vineyard area already converted to organic. A pioneering model that set the standard and still represents a point of reference in the national wine scene. \nThe work of the Union has been accompanied from the beginning by a strong spirit of collaboration. The founding companies1 created a collective project that networked skills and values\, building over the years a shared identity capable of enhancing the quality of the wines and the authentic link between land\, culture and tradition. \nThanks also to the constant dialogue with the SPEVIS Experimental Station\, the Panzano area has become a true laboratory of sustainable viticulture\, capable of combining enological excellence\, biodiversity protection and agronomic innovation. \nVino al Vino 2025 confirms the centrality of this journey\, celebrating with visitors 30 years of history\, community and love of wine. \nThe event\nAppointment in Piazza Bucciarelli\, Panzano in Chianti (FI)\, with 22 participating wineries – more than 80 wines for tasting \nOpening hours: \n\nFriday\, September 19: 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.\nSaturday\, September 20: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.\nSunday\, September 21: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.\n\nOnline presale with 10% discount at www.viticoltoripanzano.com\nUnder the patronage of the Municipality of Greve in Chianti

SUMMARY:Bra - Cheese 2025
DESCRIPTION:Cheese 2025\, there’s a world around it! The biennial event dedicated to cheese lovers returns to Bra. \n\nCheese 2025\, the biennial event dedicated to cheese lovers and especially to the infinite variations that this food can have\, returns to Bra. Each cheese manages to express its land\, its traditions\, its origin\, the passion of the producer and the power of nature\, of knowing how to wait\, how to age\, how to interpret. \nDefinitely Cheese is the most appropriate event for those who want to test the nuances and emotions that cheeses can give\, as well as the pairings that can be invented. \nCheese and Slow Food\nSince the first edition in 1997\, many things have changed\, both in the event\, which has grown a great deal\, becoming a real point of reference for dairy production\, and in the production of this amazing food itself\, as well as on the knowledge that the final consumer has of it. This is also thanks to the work done by Slow Food\, which has carried this event forward with a series of Tastings\, Taste Workshops\, Working Tables\, Conferences\, explanations and comparisons. In addition to having preserved a series of cheeses that were in danger of disappearing and that today can instead boast the title of Slowfood Presidia. A way to also save and help artisanal work that too often risks being crushed\, forgotten\, erased. One of the most fascinating things then is to meet the producers who come from all over the world\, with their products\, their passion and their incredible stories. \nThe theme of the 2025 edition: raw milk cheeses\nThe 15th edition of Cheese wants to tell the world around raw milk\, explain what it represents\, and reveal its value (environmental\, social\, cultural and economic) also\, and above all\, from a future perspective. \nAround a raw milk cheese there is a world of pastures\, meadows\, forests\, herbs\, flowers and scents. There is ancient knowledge\, there is care for the landscape and the land\, there are local breeds. And honeys\, and wools-and the work of those who want a different future. More harmonious\, more conscious\, more true. \n\nUseful information\nPublic opening hours: Friday through Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.\, Monday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. \nItalian and international market\, with Slow Food Presidia and refiners and selectors\, Friday through Sunday\, 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.; Monday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. \nWine Shop\, Street Kitchens\, Food trucks\, Craft Breweries\, Friday through Sunday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Monday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. \nAs always\, admission is free. Fees are charged for some of the scheduled events\, such as the Taste Workshops and others that will be duly noted. All events and the market take place in the squares\, courtyards and streets of Bra’s historic center. \nAt www.slowfood.it the program with all the must-see events and new features of the 2025 edition! \n

SUMMARY:Oltrepò: land of Pinot Noir
DESCRIPTION:Oltrepò: land of Pinot Noir. Italy’s Blanc de noirs turns 160\, among bubbles\, territory and visions of the future in the heart of Oltrepò Pavese \nEdition 2025 of Oltrepò: land of Pinot Noir. \nThe fifth edition of the Classese Consortium event aims to be a meeting space for producers\, press and industry professionals but with important new features. \nOn September 21 and 22\, Oltrepò Pavese will tell its story through “Oltrepò: Land of Pinot Noir\,” in its fifth edition. An event conceived by the Oltrepò Pavese Classese Consortium in order to create an authentic moment of encounter between producers\, press\, industry professionals and – for the first time – also enthusiasts. \nSunday\, Sept. 21 in fact\, will be open to all. From 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.\, wine lovers will be able to access the tasting tables\, meet the producers and taste wines from 30 wineries in the area. Tickets can be purchased online at the price of 35 euros (25 euros for AIS\, FISAR\, ONAV members and students). \nThe event will be framed by an unprecedented location\, the village of Golferenzo\, “one of the most beautiful villages in Italy\,” an emblem of an area that has decided to bet everything on quality and identity. \nThe Metodo Classico DOCG\, destined to become Classese.\nDuring the two days\, the spotlight will be on the Metodo Classico DOCG\, destined to become Classese\, the symbol of the new appellation and its vision for the future\, and the traditional and prized Pinot Noir DOC vinified in red. \nBlanc de noirs is indeed the star of the event. In February\, the Consortium’s assembly almost unanimously endorsed a decisive step: the new DOCG regulations\, which introduce the name Classese and a series of standards geared toward enhancing quality. This is a historic moment\, coming in the very year in which we celebrate 160 years since the birth of the Metodo Classico in Oltrepò\, with the first bottles sparkling in Rocca de’ Giorgi in 1865. \nIt is not just a name change\, but a vision: to make Oltrepò Pavese the first appellation in the world founded on the Metodo Classico from Pinot Noir grapes vinified in white. An ambitious\, forward-looking bet rooted in a long history\, but ready to be written anew. \nUseful information\nOrganizing secretariat and operator accreditation: Scaramuzzi Team +39 055 494949\nEvent Press Office: AB Communication pressoffice@ab-comunicazione.it\nPurchase tickets: https://eventboost-ticketing.myshopify.com/
