DESCRIPTION:On Monday\, January 20\, 2025 in Bologna Go Wine inaugurates its 2025 activities with an event related to the “Autoctono si nasce…” tour it is promoting throughout Italy.\nAutoctono si nasce… Bologna tasting and promotion event\, is one of the most important events of the year in the city\, entirely dedicated to Italian native grape varieties.  \nThe event:\nAutoctono si nasce. Bologna: In the halls of the Hotel Relais Bellaria a parterre of wineries will meet directly with the public\, other wineries will participate by presenting wines in a special Enoteca\, enhancing the theme of biodiversity in the vineyard. \nAt the center of the event is the richness of the Italian vineyard\, made up of many realities linked by history and culture to different territories\, from the north to the south of the country. More than 65 varieties will be represented: an extraordinary tasting opportunity also for the overall profile of the participating wineries. To ensure the best influx of participants and to allow a greater number of people to access the tasting desk\, the entrances will be divided by shifts (to which it will be mandatory to adhere) and by reservation \nProgram:\nMonday\, January 20\, 2025 \n\n4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.: Preview reserved exclusively for qualified professionals (wine and food journalists\, industry professionals)\n6-8 p.m.: first round of opening the tasting booth to the public.\n8 p.m. to 10 p.m.: second round of opening the tasting to the public\n\nUseful information:\nReserve your entry to the tasting at https://www.gowinet.it/evento/autoctono-si-nasce-bologna-20-gennaio-2025/ where you will also find a complete list of participating companies.
