A true Oasis of Elegance and Entertainment in the Heart of Rome.  \n\n\nThe Jackie O’ restaurant\, overseen by chef Federico Sparaco\, offers traditional cuisine that combines the best of Italian culinary traditions with a contemporary twist. Each dish is prepared with fresh and selected ingredients\, ensuring an unparalleled dining experience that stimulates the senses. In this unique setting\, on Wednesday evenings Jackie O’ WineClub opens its doors to exclusive events featuring top wineries\, hosted and presented by Chiara Giannotti  \n\n\n\nRonchi of Manzano:\nThe Ronchi di Manzano Estate is located in the municipality of Manzano and covers an area of 60 hectares of hills\, 40 of which are vineyards surrounding the properties. The foundation of the “Ronchi di Manzano” Farm\, dates back to 1969\, but the vineyards have a centuries-old history. Since 1984 the winery has been owned by the Borghese family\, and their daughter Roberta\, a young Friulian\, has been taking care of it full-time\, combining a great and engaging passion with professional skills for constant training at famous French\, Californian and Italian wineries. She is personally involved in vineyard management\, winery techniques and promotion of their wines. Her daughters\, Lisa and Nicole\, who follow in their mother’s footsteps with great passion\, also joined the winery a few years ago. Since Roberta took over the winery\, she immediately imposed a program of total replanting of the older vineyards with the thickening of the vines and the adoption of shorter pruning systems convinced that a quality wine can only be obtained by starting with a great quality of grapes. \n\nJackie O’ Wine Club’s schedule for Wednesday\, Jan. 22\nChiara Giannotti will present the evening. With her\, Lisa Livon \, owner and Global Brand Ambassador and Walter Mazza\, Area Manager of the winery\, supported as usual by the venue’s sommelier Manuel Pompili.
