SUMMARY:Trento - Vinifera Exhibition-Market 2025
DESCRIPTION:Vinifera in Trento: 100 winemakers from across the Alps meet producers from smaller Mediterranean islands\nAfter two years of preparation\, Vinifera\, the event dedicated to Alpine artisan production and producers\, returns in an extra-large format and with many new features. There are many new features for the next edition of the event scheduled for Saturday\, March 22 and Sunday\, March 23 at TrentoExpo: workshops\, meetings\, guests and ample space for food  \nVinifera 2025\nThe protagonists of the event will\, as always\, be the more than one hundred winemakers from all the Alpine and transalpine regions (France\, Switzerland\, Austria and Slovenia) who\, in the next edition\, will also find at their side a selection of producers from the smaller Mediterranean islands\, present with their wines at the counters after crossing the seas of Pantelleria\, Capraia\, Ischia\, Giglio Island\, Ustica\, Elba Island\, Salina\, and many others. \nContinuing the perspective already taken in previous editions\, the Alpine Craft Market will also offer a desk entirely dedicated to ciders thanks to the collaboration with APAS – Association of Cider Tasters and Tasters – and a selection of farm breweries\, in both cases with producers from Alpine and transalpine territories. \nThe space dedicated to food will also be totally renewed \, within which – thanks to the collaboration with Slow Food Trentino – it will be possible to taste the different nuances that alpine honeys offer and get curious with the section dedicated to ancient grains and seed exchange\, realized in synergy with Coltivare Condividendo and with Rete Semi Rurali: Wine is a product of the land\, so this edition of Vinifera wants to highlight this primary link\, while also giving space and visibility to other farmers of the land\, and to those who\, in spite of everything\, continue to take care of it in a respectful way. \nThe Masterclasses\nAlso highly anticipated is the program of Masterclasses to be held in the dedicated room inside TrentoExpo:  \n\nSaturday at 11:30 a.m.: High Two Acres – a tasting dedicated to the stories and production of five small/big Alpine producers with Jacopo Cossater.\nSunday at 2:30 p.m.: Small Islands\, Mediterranean Substance – Matteo Gallello will take participants on a journey among seven Mediterranean islands\, exploring the seas\, communities\, landscapes and\, of course\, the wines of 2025 guest producers.\n\nAll Masterclasses will be by reservation and subject to availability. \nOutdoor Area at TrentoExpo\nIn the completely revised outdoor area of TrentoExpo\, in addition to the opportunity to taste culinary specialties prepared by the artisans of taste\, it will also be possible to participate in educational workshops promoted by the producers themselves. DESCRIPTION:Vinetia Tasting 2025: with Ais Veneto\, 700 Wines\, 130 Companies and 6 Masterclasses to discover regional excellence\nVinetia Tasting 2025\nThe fourth edition of the event\, scheduled for Sunday\, March 23\, in Santa Lucia di Piave (TV)\, offers a rich calendar of tastings and in-depth discussions in collaboration with the Consorzi di tutela veneti. \nOn Sunday\, March 23\, 2025\, the spaces of the Santa Lucia di Piave (TV) fairgrounds will welcome for tasting\, wines from the Vinetia Guide for AIS Veneto’s annual event dedicated to the region’s best wines. \nWith the participation of more than 130 wineries and more than 700 labels\, the event offers a broad overview of the many excellent wines from Veneto selected by AIS tasters\, confirming it as an important opportunity to explore the regional wine heritage. \nProgram\nThe event will begin at 10:00 a.m. with the opening of the tasting booths\, where visitors will be able to taste the labels awarded by the Vinetia Guide and engage directly with the producers. \nThe day’s program will be enriched by six thematic masterclasses curated by AIS professors and regional and national champions in collaboration with the Consorzi di tutela\, who will take participants on various in-depth tours. DESCRIPTION:There will be 140 winemakers giving life to the 17th edition of Terre di Toscana\, scheduled for Sunday\, March 23 and Monday\, March 24 in Lido di Camaiore (LU)\nOn Sunday\, March 23 and Monday\, March 24\, 2025 at the Hotel Una Esperienze Versilia Lido in Lido Di Camaiore\, just a few meters from the sea\, the 140 winemakers of Terre di Toscana will be presented. Long-standing names will flank some new entries that will make the journey into Tuscan wine excellence even more fascinating and engaging. With Terre di Toscana you will be able to explore all the wine-growing areas of the region\, ranging from the “classic” to the more recent ones\, and take a unique journey from the north to the south of Tuscany\, from the coast to the slopes of the Apennines.  \nTerre di Toscana in brief\nWines from the province of Arezzo\, from Bolgheri and Val di Cornia\, Carmignano\, Chianti\, Chianti Classico\, Colline Lucchesi and Pisane\, Candia and Lunigiana massese\, Maremma and Montecucco\, Montalcino\, Montepulciano\, Orcia\, San Gimignano…. will be tasted in the glasses. Waiting for participants in the 17th edition of Terre di Toscana will be the producers or their most trusted collaborators\, ready to explain the philosophy\, history\, present and future of their realities. On Monday\, as per tradition\, there will also be a journey back in time thanks to the proposal of old vintages\, able to tell more than a thousand words the evolutionary potential of some iconic labels.
