DESCRIPTION:May in the Cellar will take place in Liguria during May 2025 involving the 20 member wineries of the Vine In Riviera Business Network\, wineries in western Liguria (Imperia and Savona provinces)\nMay in the Cellar: on all weekends in May and until June 1\, wineries in the Vite In Rivera network will open the doors of their premises for visits and tastings at km0 by reservation\, offering some typical products to accompany them. \nThe added value is provided by storytelling from the viva voce of the producers themselves\, in evocative locations\, often close to the vineyards. There will of course be no shortage of opportunities to buy directly on site. DESCRIPTION:Cantine Aperte returns on the last weekend of May with an edition that focuses everything onhospitality innovation and new wine tourism trends.\nFor this year\, Cantine Aperte will be a showcase of new Italian wine tourism innovations. May 24 and 25 will be an opportunity to offer wine tourists a unique experience\, presenting new proposals for the tourist season.  \nThe goal: to make the event the great showcase of the most innovative and diverse wine tourism experiences\, the new experiences designed by MTV member wineries that will then be offered throughout the year. \nFocus 2025: slower\, more attentive tourism\, with customized proposals made to suit the visitor’s needs. \nOpportunities for wineries: promote new and competitive experiences\, the result of a focused study on diversification of supply. \nCantine Aperte aims to be a unique opportunity to showcase the best of MTV wineries’ hospitality and offer the public increasingly engaging experiences that appeal to the wineries’ chosen target audience (wine experts\, nature lovers\, families\, the curious who want to get closer to the world of wine etc). \nIndeed\, the survey conducted by CESEO – Centro Studi Enoturistico e Oleoturistico of LUMSA University confirms that today’s wine tourists are looking for more than just wine tasting.
