Each year it brings together operators\, buyers and journalists from around the world in the world’s wine capital to discover a preview of the new vintage of the great wines of Bordeaux.  \nAn exclusive preview: the 2025 vintage\nThe heart of the event is the en primeur presentation of the 2025 vintage. Wines still being aged then\, tasted directly from the barriques or first selections\, before they are even released on the market.  \nIn fact\, the “en primeur” system represents a peculiarity of Bordeaux\, It allows wines to be purchased while they are still in the cellar\, often well in advance of bottling\, while at the same time offering a key moment of quality assessment for the entire industry. \nTastings between city and château\nThe week opens on Monday\, April 20\, with the official presentation of the vintage atHangar 14\, a historic space overlooking the Garonne.
