DESCRIPTION:Il Sabato del Vignaiolo in Calabria: a day in Nicotera to celebrate Independent Wine and those who have chosen to stay\nSaturday\, May 10\, 2025\, throughout Italy\, the Saturday of the Winemaker returns \, the widespread event promoted by the Italian Federation of Independent Winemakers (FIVI) to tell the public and enthusiasts about the richness and diversity of the territorial realities of its members. A day in which vintners open their doors\, tell their stories\, confront each other and share their vision of viticulture: artisanal\, sustainable\, deeply linked to the land.  \nIn Calabria\, the event will be hosted by Casa Comerci in the hills of Nicotera (VV)\nIn Calabria\, the event will be hosted by Casa Comerci\, where the regional FIVI Delegation has chosen to celebrate the value of independence\, identity and community among the hills of Nicotera\, welcoming those who wish to know not only the wines\, but to meet the faces and hands that make them possible: winemakers who carry forward every day an idea of independence\, quality and truth. “Each wine tells not only a territory\, but the courageous choice of those who decide to remain faithful to their land. The Saturday of the Winemaker is not just a celebration\,” says Raffaella\, FIVI Calabria Delegate\, “but represents the moment when independent winemakers come together to share the most authentic sense of their work\, made up of daily dedication\, respect for nature and a deep connection with their roots.”  \nFrom 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday\, May 10\, 2025\, more than 20 independent Calabrian winemakers will meet the public at Casa Comerci\, in the hills of Nicotera (VV)\, to tell their story and let people taste the fruits of their labor: wines that come from conscious hands\, courageous choices and a deep connection with the land. \nDuring the day it will be possible: \n\nFree tasting of all wines present\nDialogue with producers\nBuy bottles directly\nSharing stories\, visions and smiles\n\nTo enrich the experience: A food area curated by Fabrica – Enoteca Ristorante\, with mom Silvy’s “homemade” dishes Live music to accompany the convivial atmosphere \nTickets on presale or can be purchased on site the day of the event.
