Only Wine Festival is not\, however\, just a fair\, but a real laboratory of ideas and trends\, a meeting place for young winemakers and enthusiasts\, which pursues the goal of raising awareness of the authentic value of wine and contemporary viticulture and offers the possibility of being able to buy wine directly from the producer at the fair.\nA unique event of its kind then.  \nThanks to the enthusiasm and desire to experiment of the new generations\, Only Wine manages to combine tradition and innovation\, offering a format that puts Made in Italy wine and its\ndynamism in the foreground. Italy is made up of many small producers\, of small and medium-sized enterprises that represent the backbone of our production system\, and events like Only Wine become an essential platform for their growth and visibility.  \nMore than 100 selected small producers\nOnly Wine Festival 2025 is the first fair for young producers and small wineries. In fact\, the 100 exhibitors at the tasting tables must have at least one of these 3 characteristics:  \n\nBe “under 40” producers\,\nBe owners of wine houses with less than 15 years of history\,\nBe owners of wineries with up to 10 hectares of vineyard area.\n\nAfter a long journey of tastings that began in October 2024\, the selection has finally been completed and the 12th edition of Only Wine is ready to go with the more than 100 winemakers who will enliven the three-day event in Umbria. \nOur selectors Francesco Saverio Russo of Wine Blog Roll\, Pietro Marchi\, President of A.I.S.\n(Italian Sommelier Association) Umbria and Chiara Giorleo\, DipWset food and wine critic\nwill be present at the fair for all the days of the market exhibition. \nWhat’s new in Only Wine 2025\nIn recent years\, Only Wine has opened its doors to an increasingly international offering as a cultural exchange proposal between our producers and young international producers. The 2025 edition marks an important novelty: for the first time\, Japanese wine labels will be hosted\, in an absolute premiere that promises to fascinate professionals and enthusiasts alike. This opening to the world wine scene confirms Only Wine’s role as a stage for innovation and comparison between different wine cultures.   \nAlso present were important Consortiums and Associations\, such as that of Gavi and Urban Vineyards\, realities that combine historicity and contemporary vision of wine in addition to the confirmation of 4 winemakers from the Champagne Region. \nAn immersive experience between tastings and masterclasses\nOnly Wine is not just an exhibition hall\, but a place where wine is discovered through engaging and educational tasting tours. The 2025 program includes:  \n\nTasting booths with free tastings\nMasterclasses led by industry experts\nThematic areas dedicated to different territories and types of wine\nMoments to meet with producers\, journalists and influencers\nThe Extra Wine\, with exclusive events to be revealed progressively on the official website www.onlywine.it\n\nUseful information\nThe event\, now in its 12th edition\, will welcome the public of enthusiasts on Saturday\, April 26 and Sunday\, April 27\, 2025 at Palazzo Vitelli in Sant’Egidio\, Città di Castello (PG). \nMonday\, April 28\, on the other hand\, will be dedicated exclusively to Ho.Re.Ca. operators\, buyers\, distributors and wine and food journalists\, who will still have free access to all days of the event. Sommeliers belonging to all trade associations will have access with reserved discounts. \nTasting Booth Hours: \n\nSaturday\, April 26\, 2 p.m. – 7 p.m.\nSunday\, April 27\, 12 noon – 6 p.m.\nMonday\, April 28\, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.\n\nA detailed program of all initiatives is available at \nA well-established success\nWith 12 years of history behind it\, Only Wine has been able to grow and impose itself on the Italian and European exhibition scene.
