DESCRIPTION:Umbria Wine 2026:From September 11 to 13\, 2026\, the historic center of Perugia will once again host Umbria Wine\, the Umbrian Wine Festival now in its fourth year.\nThe Event\nThe event was created with the goal of bringing the richness of the region’s wine heritage to the heart of the city\, providing an opportunity for producers\, enthusiasts\, visitors\, and the local community to come together. \nThe heart of the festival is the 50 Umbrian wineries located throughout the various areas of the event. \nThe tastings take place in some of the most picturesque squares in Perugia’s historic center: Piazza Italia\, Giardini Carducci\, Piazza della Repubblica\, and Piazza Matteotti. Fifty Umbrian wineries are expected to participate in 2026 . \nThe tastings are complemented by a culinary offering provided by food trucks featuring products made exclusively in Umbria\, creating a pairing experience that brings together wines and local specialties. \nHowever\, Umbria Wine is not just an event dedicated to wine.
