DESCRIPTION:Appassimenti Aperti 2025: discovering Vernaccia di Serrapetrona docg and Serrapetrona doc\, unique wines from the native Vernaccia Nera grape variety.\nIn the heart of the Marche region\, among the charming villages and wineries of the Macerata area\, the appointment with Appassimenti Aperti is back. The 2025 edition will be held on Sunday\, November 9 and Sunday\, November 16\, from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. in Serrapetrona (MC)\, a medieval town famous for the production of Vernaccia di Serrapetrona DOCG. The event is promoted by theIstituto Marchigiano di Tutela Vini (IMT) in collaboration with the Municipality of Serrapetrona. It will be a unique opportunity to discover the processes of grape drying\, the history of the local wine\, and authentic experiences in the winery.    \nDuring the two Sundays in November\, wineries in the area will open their doors for visitors to experience a true immersion in the world of appassimento. Visitors will be able to admire the bunches of grapes hanging to age\, walk among the barrels\, learn about the producer’s work and taste labels of Vernaccia di Serrapetrona DOCG (still or sparkling) and Serrapetrona DOC. In addition to free tastings\, there will be guided tours of the wineries\, sensory workshops and storytelling moments about the area. The autumn atmosphere\, among the hills\, wineries and village\, makes the event a perfect experience for wine lovers.  \nThe 2025 edition also stands out for being a widespread celebration of taste and conviviality.
