Bra – Cheese 2025

September 19, 2025 @ 10:00 - September 22, 2025 @ 18:00

Cheese 2025, there’s a world around it! The biennial event dedicated to cheese lovers returns to Bra.

Cheese 2025, the biennial event dedicated to cheese lovers and especially to the infinite variations that this food can have, returns to Bra. Each cheese manages to express its land, its traditions, its origin, the passion of the producer and the power of nature, of knowing how to wait, how to age, how to interpret.

Definitely Cheese is the most appropriate event for those who want to test the nuances and emotions that cheeses can give, as well as the pairings that can be invented.

Cheese and Slow Food

Since the first edition in 1997, many things have changed, both in the event, which has grown a great deal, becoming a real point of reference for dairy production, and in the production of this amazing food itself, as well as on the knowledge that the final consumer has of it. This is also thanks to the work done by Slow Food, which has carried this event forward with a series of Tastings, Taste Workshops, Working Tables, Conferences, explanations and comparisons. In addition to having preserved a series of cheeses that were in danger of disappearing and that today can instead boast the title of Slowfood Presidia. A way to also save and help artisanal work that too often risks being crushed, forgotten, erased. One of the most fascinating things then is to meet the producers who come from all over the world, with their products, their passion and their incredible stories.

The theme of the 2025 edition: raw milk cheeses

The 15th edition of Cheese wants to tell the world around raw milk, explain what it represents, and reveal its value (environmental, social, cultural and economic) also, and above all, from a future perspective.

Around a raw milk cheese there is a world of pastures, meadows, forests, herbs, flowers and scents. There is ancient knowledge, there is care for the landscape and the land, there are local breeds. And honeys, and wools-and the work of those who want a different future. More harmonious, more conscious, more true.
