Quiliano – Granaccia & Rossi of Liguria 2026

Granaccia & Rossi di Liguria: On November 29, the event dedicated to Ligurian reds and rosés returns to Quiliano
Red Grape Varieties of Liguria
On Saturday, November 28, and Sunday, November 29, 2026, Quiliano, in the province of Savona, will host the 21st edition of Granaccia & Rossi di Liguria, an event dedicated to the region’s red and rosé wines, with a special focus on Granaccia, the grape variety that symbolizes the Quiliano area.
This event showcases Ligurian wine production by offering visitors the opportunity to interact directly with wineries and discover the diverse interpretations of the region’s red grape varieties. Alongside Granaccia, the range of Ligurian wines includes varieties such as Rossese and Ormeasco, each reflecting different terroirs and winemaking traditions.
Tastings and In-Depth Sessions
The program will take place over two days.
- On Saturday, November 28, in-depth thematic sessions are scheduled for both industry professionals and wine enthusiasts.
- On Sunday, November 29—a new feature compared to previous editions—the tasting booths of Ligurian wineries will open first thing in the morning, offering the public the opportunity to sample the wines and speak with the producers.
The event will be accompanied by side events in the days leading up to it, organized in collaboration with trade associations and local stakeholders. Among the announced themes is an in-depth exploration of Ormeasco, another important appellation in Ligurian viticulture, with events extending into the Arroscia Valley.
The complete schedule of events, the list of participating wineries, and information on how to attend are being updated on the official page.
