Luciano Lombardi, alias Vignadelmar, è stato per anni il titolare dell’omonima trattoria wine bar a Monopoli, una vera osteria moderna con grandi vini. Da lì ha poi maturato altre esperienze sempre nella ristorazione. Nativo di Fano, grande esperto di Verdicchio (che è anche il nome del suo cane), assaggiatore appassionato e passionale. Ama i vini di Gaja, che chiama Il Giove Tonante dell'enologia italiana, in realtà se c’è qualcuno che parla come un Giove Tonante è lui. Lunga e abbondante pratica assaggiatoria che - accostata all'arte del mangiar bene - ne fa un esperto enogastronomo.
