Best Wine Stars 2026: From May 16-18, 2026, the seventh edition of the International Wine and Spirits Fair will be held in Milan’s historic Palazzo del Ghiaccio
From May 16 to 18, 2026, the historic Palazzo del Ghiaccio in Milan will once again host Best Wine Stars, the International Fair dedicated to the world of wine and spirits, officially recognized by the Region of Lombardy and now a point of reference for professionals and enthusiasts in the sector.
After the record edition of 2025 – 6,000 visitors, 200 companies and more than 1,200 labels – the event conceived and organized by Prodes Italia is preparing for a new three-day event full of meetings, tastings and cultural content. As CEO Enzo Carbone points out, the event was created with the aim of “creating authentic connections between producers, public and territories,” enhancing Italian excellence in an international context.
An immersive program of tastings, masterclasses and networking
Best Wine Stars offers an experience that combines business and culture, tradition and innovation. On the calendar for the 2026 edition are thematic masterclasses led by Adua Villa and some of the most authoritative experts on the Italian wine scene. The tastings, already protagonists of the last edition, will return to offer a contemporary insight into the world of wine and spirits.
Alongside the tasting counters, the public will be able to participate in talks , meetings, awards and networking moments, as well as the highly anticipated Business Dinner, an exclusive event that allows companies to talk directly with buyers and journalists in a convivial setting of great impact.
Digitization and new services for producers and buyers
Following the success of the visit.bestwinestars.com platform, which generated more than 18,000 interactions in 2025, the 2026 edition will propose a further enhancement of digital services designed to foster contact between manufacturers and international operators. The goal is to build a dynamic and connected ecosystem capable of creating business opportunities beyond the fair dates.
The Best Wine Stars Awards 2026
The Best Wine Stars Awards, 14 categories dedicated to excellence in wine, spirits and communications, will be presented again this year. From awards for the best white, red, rosé and sparkling wines to prizes dedicated to innovation, sustainability, value for money and label and logo design, the Awards celebrate the diversity and creativity of an ever-evolving industry.

The event can count on a solid network of institutional and technical partners, including Partesa, Assoenologi, Agivi, DANITACOM and the Thai – Italian Chamber of Commerce, as well as sponsors representing the excellence of Made in Italy.
