100% Sangiovese from the Casetto vineyard. Maturation in 5- and 7-hl tonneaux. Bottled for 6 months. Transparent garnet ruby. Fruity cherry, blueberry and lots of violets for a crisp, intact olfactory profile enhanced by spicy nuances. Soft flavor attack, then nice structure, composed, dense but present tannins, balanced sip, saline progression, very long and flavorful finish.
