MareDiVino e DiGusto 2025: three days dedicated to Tuscan taste at Livorno’s Modigliani Forum
From Nov. 29 to Dec. 1, 2025, the Modigliani Forum in Livorno will host MareDiVino e DiGusto, the new major food and wine exhibition-market on the Tuscan coast. The event, promoted by Fondazione LEM – Livorno Euro Mediterranea together with FISAR Livorno and Slow Food Toscana, marks the relaunch of the historic MareDiVino and inaugurates an expanded, innovative format deeply linked to the excellence of the territory.
The year 2025 looks like a turning point: the event registers a 40 percent increase in participating wineries since the last edition, with more than 115 wine producers and 26 Slow Food entities among producers and processors. The goal is clear: to enhance the region’s wine and gastronomic richness, generate new synergies and promote coastal Tuscany as a food and wine tourism destination.
A new home for the exhibition-market: the Modigliani Forum
The move to the modern and spacious Modigliani Forum ensures a more convenient and accessible experience thanks to ample parking, proximity to the highway, FI-PI-LI and train station, and perfectly equipped spaces. The arena will host the main
Alongside the tasting trail and direct sales, the public will be able to taste some icons of Livorno cuisine thanks to theCNA Cake Makers Association, which will be present with the traditional chickpea cake and the famous 5 and 5.
Collaborations, schools, and sustainability
The 2025 edition also stands out for its collaboration with theMattei Professional Hotelier Institute of Rosignano, whose students will be the protagonists of show-cooking and demonstration activities. In parallel, Fondazione LEM is starting the path to ISO 20121 certification, with the aim of making the event a model of sustainable organization.
The program is enriched by MareDiVino e DiGusto on tour, a series of traveling tastings at coastal venues, active as early as October, designed to create anticipation and engage the local area.
A packed program of masterclasses, showcooking and awards
The event officially opens on Saturday, November 29, with the institutional opening, followed by presentations, masterclasses dedicated to the wines of the coast, workshops for children and Slow Food insights. Throughout the days there will be show-cooking dedicated to cacciucco, francesina and Livorno-style codfish, as well as the long-awaited mixology challenge curated by AIBES.
There will be no shortage of prizes and awards, including a celebration of MareDiVino’s historic producers and the “Rosso buono per tutti” (Good Red for Everyone) contest , organized by FISAR Livorno.
