100% Groppello vinified in white. Classic method for 40 months. Light straw yellow, dense and fine perlage, with the bubbles forming many chains that chase each other without ever reaching each other. Fragrant on the nose, with notes of bread crust, currant, fresh almond and gooseberry. Very taut on the palate, with creamy carbon dioxide component, excellent acid freshness, delightful drinkability and surprising persistence.
