NOT – Vini Franchi 2026,the great exhibition of natural and artisanal wines in Palermo, including tastings, meetings and natural wine culture.

NOT – Vini Franchi is the exhibition dedicated to natural and artisanal wines that focuses on the figure of the independent winemaker and the production principle that inspires the very name of the event: frank, meaning free from excessive intervention in the vineyard and cellar. The format’s historic pay-off – Do Not Modify, Do Not Interfere – summarizes the philosophy of frank wines, where the role of grapes, terroir and natural conditions is authentically expressed in the glass.

The festival is spread over two intense days of tastings, meetings and insights.

The first day is open to wine lovers, enthusiasts and the general public with the classic walk-around tasting at the tasting tables. Here it is possible to meet producers, taste natural wines from all over Italy (and abroad), and discover new realities of artisanal wine. It is also possible to engage with those who actually work in the vineyard and cellar according to practices that respect nature.

The second day is dedicated to industry professionals, with access reserved for restaurateurs, wine merchants, buyers and journalists. More technical discussions, one-on-one meetings with producers and targeted insights into natural wine trends and market opportunities are developed during this professional phase.

Complementing the program are side events, thematic seminars and convivial moments – in venues and partner venues around the city – known as NOT OFF. The side events expand the experience beyond just the tasting room, touching on aspects of gastronomic culture, territory and conviviality related to natural wine.

Participating in NOT – Vini Franchi means immersing yourself in the universe of authentic wine, giving space to labels capable of telling the story of their terroir and their winemaker, and discovering how the artisanal, non-interventionist approach is redefining the sensibility of winelovers and professionals alike.
