Riccione – Tramonto DiVino 2026

July 18

Tramonto DiVino, Summer 2026 in Emilia-Romagna: Seven stops, seven iconic locations, and a single common thread—the best of Emilia-Romagna’s food and wine.

Summer comes alive with the return of Tramonto DiVino, the most delicious journey through Emilia-Romagna. We’re kicking things off with a calendar packed with new events that will keep the public entertained through mid-October. A tour that winds through the Riviera’s most picturesque squares, authentic villages, and the art cities of Emilia. The grand finale will take place in Parma, the UNESCO capital of the Food Valley.

Tramonto diVino 2026 Edition

Over 30 types of DOC, DOCG, and IGT wines will be available for tasting . In total, we will have about a thousand labels, accompanied by a rich selection of 45 DOP and IGP products. The wines, sourced from all corners of the region, are served by AIS sommeliers who guide tasters on an informed journey to discover the products, providing insights into the history and terroir of each featured winery. Wines to be tasted at the various stations include: Albana, Trebbiano, and Sangiovese from Romagna; Pignoletto from the Colli Bolognesi; Lambrusco from Modena and Reggio; the “sands” wines of Ferrara; the Gutturnio and Ortrugo wines of Piacenza and the Malvasia wines shared with the Colli di Parma, as well as the many blends with international grape varieties, the semi-sparkling and Metodo Classico sparkling wines, and finally the sweet and passito wines.

The event will be enhanced by AIS sommeliers, who will serve the wine and provide commentary, as well as by the work of students and faculty from local hospitality schools. Also in attendance will be the partner chefs of Chef to Chef, the Association of Michelin-Starred Chefs of Emilia Romagna.

Alongside the wines, regional products provided by the partner consortia of the regional PDO and PGI designations will take center stage. Starting with certified products (including Prosciutto di Parma PDO, Modena PDO, Salumi Piacentini PDO, Mortadella Bologna PGI, Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, Squacquerone di Romagna DOP, Piadina Romagnola IGP, Patata di Bologna DOP, Traditional Balsamic Vinegars of Modena and Reggio Emilia DOP, and Aceto IGP di Modena), dishes are created that showcase the region’s rich culinary heritage.
