WineAround 2026: the festival combining wine, gastronomy and conviviality returns to Liguria, with two evenings of great Italian wines and local flavors
On June 5 and 6, 2026, the Gardens of the Valdese House in Vallecrosia will host the sixth edition of WineAround, the festival dedicated to wine, craft beer and gastronomy that over the years has become one of the most anticipated events on the Ligurian Riviera.
Promoted as a major tasting and meeting event, the event will offer the public more than 300 wines from all over Italy, along with spirits, liqueurs, craft beers and excellent gastronomic offerings, in a context designed to enhance conviviality, quality and discovery.
A journey through Italian wine excellence
WineAround confirms itself as a true journey through the national wine scene, with the presence of wineries from many Italian regions and tasting counters from the Vinibuoni d’Italia guide, published by the Italian Touring Club.
From great Piedmontese reds to Ligurian whites, via bubbles, volcanic wines, historic appellations and new territorial interpretations, the festival will offer a cross-disciplinary experience designed for both enthusiasts and industry professionals.
Guided tastings and meetings between wine, beer and mixology
Among the most interesting events on the program are guided tastings dedicated to the meeting of different worlds of contemporary beverage.
In fact, the festival will offer experiences dedicated to the dialogue between wine and craft beer thanks to the Italian Grape Ale project, as well as moments dedicated to mixology and the use of great Italian aromatic wines in the preparation of contemporary cocktails. A modern and dynamic approach that also tells about wine through new ways of consumption and sensory contaminations.
Food, music and Mediterranean atmosphere
Along with wine, WineAround also devotes a great deal of space to gastronomy, with quality street food, traditional dishes, territorial specialties and gourmet proposals that will accompany the tastings during the two evenings.
There will also be live music, areas dedicated to families and spaces designed to experience the festival in a relaxed and convivial way, transforming the Valdese House Gardens into a meeting place open to wine lovers, the curious and tourists.
A festival that enhances the Ligurian territory
With its informal but highly qualitative format, WineAround continues to represent an important promotional opportunity for the territory of the Riviera di Ponente, creating a bridge between tourism, food and wine culture and the enhancement of Italian excellence.
