Degreed June 2023. Intense cherry color, rich and continuous bubble. The nose is intense and vinous, with raspberry, strawberry, violet, mint and mild spices lending complexity. In the mouth it is full-bodied with ripe, silky tannins. Great drinking. Very identifiable, showing the search for the Rosé des Riceys of the origins, more wine less champagne. Very particular cuvée that moves away from the champagne identity to focus on terroir.
