100% Prié Blanc, aged in exhausted barriques 12 months. Classic method, 36 months on the lees. Disgorgement May 2015. Straw yellow with very fine perlage. Very intense aromas of rose, peach, very slight spice, bread crust and a faint hint of coffee. Very fine and creamy bubble, combines verticality with softness on the sip. Long, flavorful, elegant and fine.
