Golosaria Milano 2026: The event celebrating the best of the Italian agri-food sector returns October 31–November 2 at Fiera Milano Rho

Three Days Dedicated to Flavor

From Saturday, October 31, to Monday, November 2, 2026, Hall 8 at Fiera Milano Rho will host the 21st edition of Golosaria Milano, an event dedicated to high-quality Italian food and agricultural products. This year’s theme is “The Joy of Creating Tomorrow, ” the central theme of a program that brings together producers, winemakers, restaurateurs, and industry professionals.

The event is divided into several areas, with offerings ranging from a food market to street food, from wine to meetings and in-depth sessions.

Wine at Golosaria

One of the main sections isthe Wine Area, which in 2026 will bring together 100 producers selected by journalists Paolo Massobrio and Marco Gatti. Alongside this isthe Golosaria Wine Shop, featuring a tasting counter with 150 selected wines.

The program also includes a series of Wine Tastings, dedicated to exploring Italian wine through guided tastings.

Among the events already announced is the presentation of the Top Hundred Wines 2026, scheduled for Sunday, November 1, featuring the announcement of 100 new wines and 63 historic wines selected as part of the project.

Food and Street Food

Alongside wine, the heart of the event is the Food area, where approximately 200 producers of specialty food and agricultural products will be present. The selection includes various categories of artisanal products, ranging from preserves to cheeses, from cured meats to baked goods, as well as desserts, oils, and other specialties from different Italian regions.

The “Cucine di Strada ” area, on the other hand, will feature ten vendors specializing in high-quality street food and craft beer.

Talks, cooking demonstrations, and tastings

The program is rounded out bythe Agorà, the event’s main stage dedicated to talks, meetings, in-depth discussions, and award ceremonies, as well as the cooking demonstrations, during which chefs will showcase the products featured at Golosaria.

There will also bea Kids’ Area, featuring taste workshops designed for our youngest visitors. The Agorà events, cooking demonstrations, and wine tastings are free to attend while seats last.

An event open to the public and industry professionals

Golosaria caters to both food enthusiasts and industry professionals, including buyers, restaurateurs, and retailers. Admission is free for accredited industry professionals and certain categories of visitors; the general public must purchase an admission ticket.

This new edition also marks a return to Fiera Milano Rho, where Golosaria is moving for the third consecutive year, with the new Hall 8 chosen for a revamped exhibition layout.
