On Monday, October 20, 2025, Rome is preparing to host the presentation of Gambero Rosso’s Guida Ristoranti d’Italia 2026, accompanied by the “Three Forks 2026” gala dinner.

The Guida Ristoranti d’Italia 2026, edited by Gambero Rosso, will be presented on October 2025 in Rome, in the prestigious venue of The Space – Cinema Moderno. This event marks the official opening of the 37th edition of the guide, which collects and rewards the best places in the Italian restaurant industry: restaurants, trattorias, and gastronomic establishments distinguished for quality, service, atmosphere and cuisine.

During the presentation, the restaurants awarded the “Three Forks 2026,” the guide’s most coveted recognition, reserved for addresses that achieve excellence in several aspects, will be unveiled. It will be a moment dedicated not only to insiders – chefs, restaurateurs, industry agents, food and wine journalists – but also to enthusiasts who wish to learn about the anticipations, trends and stories of emerging and established establishments.

“Three Forks Dinner 2026”

Immediately following the presentation, on the same day, October 2025, the “Three Forks 2026” Dinner will take place at the prestigious The St. Regis Rome. The dinner is a gala evening designed to celebrate the restaurants that have achieved the guide’s highest recognition, namely the Three Forks.

During the dinner some of the Three Forks honored chefs, representing the best of the Italian culinary scene, will serve some of their creations.
