Ready for a new date at the Jackie O’ Wine Club?

The stars of the October evening will be the wines of the Cotarella Family.

Presenting the evening will be Chiara Giannotti of Vino.Tv, in the company of Enrica Cotarella representing her family. They will be supported as usual by the venue’s sommelier Manuel Pompili. Together they will take you on a discovery of the wines of Lazio and Umbria, tasting no less than five exceptional products paired with an extraordinary menu created for the occasion by Chef Federico Sparaco of Jackie O’.

• Soente Lazio Igt 2023 accompanied by crispy crostone with drowned octopus alla luciana
• Verdeluce Umbria Igt 2023 with Felicetti monograno “pasta e ceci” with chickpeas, rosemary and guanciale bacon

• Montiano Lazio Igt 2021 paired with beef roast beef with its juniper sauce and creamy potato sauce
