Rosa Rosati Rosé – la Guida al Bere Rosa

The Guida al Bere Rosa is a guide dedicated exclusively to pink wines including still, sparkling, Martinotti Method and Metodo Classico. A panel of judges from all over Italy selected the best among the pink wines offered from Alto Adige to Sicily, passing through Tuscany, Lazio, and all the Italian regions, awarding the different certificates: the Quattro Rose, La Rosa d’Oro, and the Gran Menzione. In the 2025 edition, the Golden Roses and Grand Mentions have increased, certifying the excellent quality and in many cases the excellence of many labels. Alongside the best labels appear in the guide the recipes related to Pink Wines presented by chefs and restaurateurs in their Wine List. The Pink, Rosé and Rosé Guide is edited by Renato Rovetta, expert taster and director of Sommelierfriend, radio speaker, and founder of the web radio Music & Wine.

The guide’s team of tasters are discovering year by year an increasing number of Rosé wines from every region of the Peninsula and from European countries worthy of praise Several regions of the Peninsula have in fact discovered that there are many indigenous grape varieties that lend themselves splendidly to the so-called “rose winemaking” both in terms of still wines and bubbles. Of course, we are talking about a niche market, but one that from year to year is giving great satisfaction especially to producers.

The presentation of the guide

La Guida al Bere Rosa 2025, Rosa Rosati Rosé returns for the second year to Rome with a major event, March 1, 2025 at Domus Magnanimi on the Appia Antica, near the Mausoleum of Cecilia Metella. The event is dedicated to the public of wine lovers, operators, sommeliers and the press. Hundreds of labels from all over Italy will be tasted, all Pink Wines from the companies in the guide. Also scheduled are masterclasses on autochthonous pink wines. The Guide, from this year will be more “green” with the possibility to print a QR Code and examine online the small volume dedicated to Rosé wines at any time and on all devices.
