Vinòforum: Piazza di Siena is the stage for the 2025 edition, for the first time in September

From September 8 to 14, Vinòforum opens a Premium Edition in the beautiful setting of Piazza di Siena (Villa Borghese).

Dinners with Great Chefs and Master Pizza Makers, Guided Tastings, Temporary Restaurant, Challenge & Blind Tasting for Operators, Master Classes and Top Tastings: At Vinòforum, not only wine and food are celebrated, but the food and wine experience is redefined.

Vinòforum, news and previews of the 2025 edition

It will be held for the first time in September and in an all-new location, once again in the heart of Rome, the 2025 edition of Vinòforum: For its 22nd edition Vinoforum Roma changes venue and, from September 8 to 14, 2025, will have as its setting one of the most prestigious locations in the world: the Piazza di Siena inside Villa Borghese. It will then return to the Circus Maximus in 2026.

The program consists of 7 days

• The Night Dinner, Great Chefs and Great Wines.: Vinòforum dedicates a stage to haute cuisine that goes perfectly with spirits and great wines. A calendar of meetings signed by great partners in a unique tasting path. Great chefs and master pizza makers will create dinners paired with signature wines and mixology.
• Exhibiting Companies: The Great Territories of Wine: 3,200 labels for tasting. From Valle d’Aosta to Sardinia, with some international excellence. At Vinòforum, wine and gastronomic companies present themselves to the public of operators and great enthusiasts.
• Kitchens at a Glance, catering protagonist: Restaurants of Rome and Lazio at Piazza di Siena. Vinòforum, as part of the Roma Food Policy project, inaugurates a space promoting the gastronomic culture of the region. For 7 days, 21 restaurants in Rome (and beyond) will transfer their kitchens to Vinòforum preparing a menu of two unique dishes.
• Training and Great Tastings. A space dedicated to wineries that want to focus on their products through guided tastings and appointments aimed at the trade. Vinòforum, in collaboration with AIS Lazio, hosts a calendar of guided tastings and unique stories that pay tribute to the excellence of world oenology through the voices of its protagonists: producers, oenologists and well-known tasters. Very limited seats ready to welcome only the great enthusiasts.
• Business Lounge and Public Relations The Sunsquare Arena is the brand new space signed by Vinòforum in collaboration with interior design companies Sunsquare and Grandsoleil Spa. An open-air lounge, an area reserved for Italian and international Wine Companies and Groups that want to take part in the event through the organization of events reserved exclusively for a trade audience. Entrance by invitation only.
• Food & Co. Major Industry Companies.: Dedicated to companies that want to promote their products to a highly profiled audience of industry professionals and consumers. Vinoforum is a spokesman for Made in Italy.

Useful Information

The appointment is at Piazza di Siena – Villa Borghese (Rome) from Monday, September 8 to Sunday, September 14, 2025. The event will be open daily from 19 to 24 (Friday and Saturday 19 – 01)
