Vitae in deguSTAZIONE 2025: at the Stazione Leopolda in Florence, the excellence of Italian wine in 400 labels

On November 15, 2025, the Stazione Leopolda in Florence will become the stage for Vitae in deguSTAZIONE, the long-awaited event promoted by theItalian Sommelier Association (AIS) to celebrate the official presentation of the Vitae Guide 2026. An event that will bring together more than 400 selected wines from all over Italy and their producers, offering a unique tasting experience open to professionals and enthusiasts.

An event between culture and internationalization

Now in its 11th edition, the Vitae Guide 2026 marks an important turning point for AIS, with a clear orientation toward foreign markets. Alongside the Italian version, in fact, a digital volume in English debuts, designed as a working tool for international buyers and operators.

“With this new edition,” explained AIS President Sandro Camilli, “the guide establishes itself as a cultural project before being commercial, with the aim of telling the story of Italian wine in an authoritative and independent way.”

At the heart of the publication are 400 special selections divided into four reading paths:

• Great Wines,
• Wines of Territory,
• Innovative Wines/Revelation,
• Value/Price Wines.

Each group represents a different interpretive key to the national wine wealth, rewarding both icons and new discoveries.

The program at Stazione Leopolda

During the day on November 15, the spaces of the Stazione Leopolda will host tasting counters with the 400 featured labels and the opportunity to meet producers directly. Making the event even more special is the final of the Best Sommelier of Italy – Trentodoc Award competition, which will see the best professionals in the sector compete in an exciting national competition.

The event is produced under the patronage of the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy, MASAF, the Region of Tuscany, the Metropolitan City and the City of Florence, and with the collaboration of partners such as the Florence Chamber of Commerce, Toscana Promozione Turistica, Fondazione Sistema Toscana and Vetrina Toscana.
