Antica Masseria Jorche

The winery is newly built in a modern, technologically advanced style. The surrounding vineyards are young, but the winery also owns 17 hectares of old vines. The choice of varieties has fallen exclusively on native vines, such as Primitivo (70%) and Negroamaro for the reds, Fiano Minutolo and Bianco d’Alessano for the whites. Harvesting is manual with the use of crates, and every operation carried out during vinification is designed to obtain as much quality product as possible.
