100% Pinot Noir. Semicarbonic maceration for 4 days. Maturation of 20% in piece burgundy for 10 months, then 2 years in bottle. Transparent ruby red. Intense, rich, with distinct fruit tones: raspberry, strawberry, with a light menthol and white pepper note. Vigorous tasting and good freshness, not acidic but saline. Beautiful definition, powerful and intense expression: structure, tannin denounce a red wine at the expense of the name. But there is an explanation: the word “rosé” entered the French vocabulary in the late 17th century to define a wine that has the color of rose. But roses are not necessarily pink.
