100% Pinot Noir. Semi-carbonic maceration for 4 days. 20% aged in Burgundy barrels for 10 months, followed by 2 years in the bottle. Transparent ruby red. Intense and rich, with distinct fruity notes: raspberry and wild strawberry, along with a slight hint of mint and white pepper. Vigorous on the palate with good freshness—not acidic but briny. Beautiful definition, powerful and intense expression: the structure and tannins reveal a red wine despite its name. But there’s an explanation: the word “rosé” entered the French vocabulary at the end of the 17th century to describe a wine with the color of a rose. But roses aren’t necessarily pink.
Only 3,572 bottles were produced.
