100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Short 8-day maceration in truncated conical tanks, followed by maturation in French oak barriques and tonneaux for 7 months and aging for an additional 18 months in bottle. Dark red color. The nose is complex and anticipates some structure and density; it offers aromas of black currant and strawberry with hints of spice, cinnamon, mint and honey, as well as a touch of vegetal freshness typical of this varietal with aeration. The finish is subtle, with hints of cedar and oak. Of good evolutionary potential.
