DoctorWine meets Tenuta San Vincenti

Daniele Cernilli, aka DoctorWine, meets Tenuta San Vincenti Friday, Nov. 21, at Enoteca Io Vino in Albano Laziale

On November 21, Enoteca IO VINO will host an evening dedicated to those who experience wine as knowledge and culture, enhanced by the presence of Daniele Cernilli, known as DoctorWine. His presence adds a rare value to this tasting, as his insight has helped shape Italian wine consciousness.

San Vincenti estate: beauty, altitude and character

An exceptional reality for its beauty and uniqueness will be presented: Tenuta San Vincenti.
We are in the heart of Chianti Classico, in an area suspended between the Crete Senesi, Monte Amiata and the Val d’Orcia. The estate overlooks from above a hill surrounded by woods: an unspoiled, bright place, protected by biodiversity. The vineyards are up to 600 meters above sea level, surrounded by fresh air, light and silence. A beauty that is not scenography, but substance: a landscape that shapes the wines, giving freshness, precision and personality.

Interpreting this territory is Carlo Dell’Aiuto, the estate’s winemaker, who will be present during the tasting. His experience, gained also abroad, is reflected in a crisp, contemporary style that respects the raw material.

The project is supported by the consultancy of Carlo Ferrini, among the most influential names in Italian oenology.

Dialogue between Cernilli and Dell’Aiuto will guide the tasting, interweaving critical vision and technical interpretation.

A portion of the participation fee will be donated to the Fondazione Armonia e Salute ONLUS – Casa Famiglia di Vacone (RI), which welcomes and supports people with autism on a path of care and human growth.
