Rome – Io Vino 2026

March 15

Io Vino 2026 the event dedicated to the native grape varieties of Marche and Campania, returns on Sunday, March 15, to tell the story of two regions rich in history and winemaking traditions

“Io Vino” is an event dedicated to the discovery and enhancement of Italian native grape varieties. Special attention is paid to the productions of less explored territories but rich in enological identity. It was born from the intuition of wine scout Manilo Frattari. The format offers a careful selection of wineries from regions such as Marche and Campania in particular, highlighting native varieties, production histories and new interpretations of Italian wine.

The event takes the form of a day of tasting and in-depth study. Designed for wine enthusiasts, industry professionals and the curious, who can meet directly with producers and taste wines that are often not widespread in the large commercial circuit but are highly representative of their respective territories.

Alongside the tasting tables, the event offers moments of education and dissemination, with master classes and thematic focuses dedicated to native grape varieties and regional wine traditions.

The heart of the event is precisely the meeting between the public and producers. An opportunity to delve into the identity of grape varieties, understand territorial differences and discover small realities that contribute to Italian wine biodiversity.
