On Monday, March 30 and Tuesday, March 31 among the historic halls of the Villa Reale in Monza, the Awards of Emergente Edition 2026 will be held. For the first time all together: Chef, Pizza, Pastry and Sala to give a strong and complete image on the state of the new generation (under 30) of professionals in our restaurant industry.

Program:

The Awards Ceremonies will take place at the Villa Reale in Monza, at the Court Theater and in the Ballroom, on Tuesday, March 31, from 3 to 7 p.m., after a day and a half of competitions held on Monday, March 30, and Tuesday, March 31, morning, according to the following schedule:

• EmergenteChef and EmergentePizza Academy of Taste – Confcommercio Bergamo finals at Osio di Sotto headquarters
• EmergentePastry Final at CAST Italian Institute of Culinary Arts and Hospitality via Serenissima 5 Brescia
• EmergenteSala finals at the Hotel de la Ville and the Court Theatre of the Royal Villa

There are eight Finalists for each Final, four from the Northern Selection and four from the Central-Southern Selection. Numerous juries will follow the various trials.

EmergenteTribe and Awards Party

On Tuesday 31 at the end of the competitions from 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. the most important moment of the two days will take place in which the Awards Ceremony will be held in the Hall of Honor of the Royal Villa of Monza and at the Court Theater.

At the same time, EmergenteTribe will take place, a big party featuring many Former Emergente contestants whom we will invite for the occasion to see them again and toast their careers.

Also in attendance will be all of Emergente’s partners, Emergente’s party sponsors, and many other guests with whom it will be a pleasure to celebrate this important moment.

At the Court Theater, there will be in-depth discussions on some topics related to the world of catering and hospitality.

Emergente 2026 finals venues:

• Villa Reale and Monza Park Consortium

The non-profit Consortium was established on July 20, 2009 to enhance the Reggia di Monza , with the Royal Villa, Royal Gardens and Park. It is participated by the Ministry of Culture, the Lombardy Region, the City of Monza and the City of Milan. Although it does not have property within the monumental complex, the Chamber of Commerce and Confcommercio Milano, Monza Brianza and Lodi then joined. The Villa comprises about 740 rooms, including the Chapel and an elegant small Court Theater; the Park with the Royal Gardens, which is entirely fenced in, covers about 730 hectares.

• Hotel de la Ville

Personable and out of the box, the four-star Hotel De La Ville, managed by the Nardi family, in Monza overlooking the Royal Villa, is a sumptuous mansion with a magnificent award-winning restaurant, Derby Grill. Strategically located, Hotel de la Ville and its magnificent annex, La Villa, breathe in the fresh air of Monza’s royal palace park and are only 16km from Milan Central Station and 22km from the Rho Fairgrounds.

• Academy of Taste – Confcommercio Bergamo

Accademia del Gusto founded in 2003, is Confcommercio Bergamo ‘s cooking school specializing in food and wine training. It offers practical and specialized teaching designed to enhance the technical skills of businesses in the tourism and restaurant sector. The workshops are designed for“doing,” making the Academy not only a place of learning, but also a space for professionals to meet the challenges of an ever-changing market.

• CAST Italian Institute of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Brescia

CAST is a school of excellence in culinary arts, pastry and hospitality management training , active since 1997. With 22 world titles in the culinary disciplines, CAST is an international benchmark for professional training in the field. Since 2025, the institute has been a member of theAlliance Network, a prestigious global association and leader in Hospitality educational excellence.
