An event for those who love wine, authentic stories, and the beauty of the places where they come from

An event born from the vineyards and the local landscape: VINO VIVO is an event scheduled for the height of summer in Upper Piedmont, among thevineyardrows and in the cellarof the Edoardo Patrone Winery, on the hills above Domodossola (VB), bringing together people, wines, and stories that are part of the Ossola region.

On Saturday, July 25, from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., in Borgata Baceno, wine enthusiasts can enjoy a full day of tasting tables, masterclasses, and a lavish aperitif-dinner in the vineyard, where the “nectar of Bacchus” will be the common thread running through every activity.

From free tastings of local specialties to aperitifs among the vine rows, participants will have the opportunity to meet local producers (and others), discover the increasingly renowned wines of the Val d’Ossola, and enjoy a unique experience—a true immersion in the vineyards.

Program

From 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., visitors will be able to taste wines from 12 wineries (BIOVIO, Dante Rivetti, La Cantina di Tappia, Azienda Agricola Isiya di Enrico Cibonfa, Cantine Garrone, Dea Agricoltura Eroica, Ca da l’Era, Sanna Vittorio, Cantina Roggero Vini, Villa Mercante, Cantina di Nizza, and Icardi), Piedmontese sparkling wines from Marcalberto, craft beer from RedAle, cheeses from Azienda Agricola Burki and Faicheese, and cured meats from Divin Porcello.

From 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., registered participants will take part in a dedicated, limited-enrollment masterclass featuring a guided tasting of six selected wines, accompanied by technical and regional insights from those who work in the vineyard every day.

The day will conclude—which will also serve as a fitting toast to the first ten years of the Edoardo Patrone Farm— from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., an exclusive aperitif-dinner in the vineyard, set in the magical evening atmosphere among the rows of vines, featuring well-balanced food and wine pairings and relaxing musical accompaniment.

We recommend purchasing tickets in advance: you can already choose online from the three separate experiences or the three different types of combo packages at a discounted rate. To avoid parking difficulties, a shuttle service will be available from Via Generale Dalla Chiesa to Domodossola, included in the ticket price.

The event will take place even in case of bad weather.
