ViniVeri Assisi 2026: Monday, Jan. 12, 2026 wine tasting according to nature in Assisi, in the green heart of Italy

The new year begins under the banner of quality and authenticity with ViniVeri Assisi 2026, the wine event dedicated to wines according to nature promoted by the ViniVeri Consortium. The event, now in its seventh edition, is confirmed as a must for sommeliers, wine professionals, wine bloggers and enthusiasts eager to discover artisanal wines that express the territory with respect for the environment and natural cycles.

In the grand hall ofAssisi’s Hotel Valle, in the evocative setting of Santa Maria degli Angeli, the Consortium’s member winemakers will present their latest products with more than 200 labels for tasting, the result of sustainable winemaking practices that are mindful of biodiversity.

The event represents one of the first major oenological occasions of the year in the Italian wine calendar: a moment of encounter, comparison and discovery in which the philosophy of natural wine-without artificial acceleration or stabilization-finds its most sincere expression.
