Chianti Lovers Week

Chianti Lovers Week, the great widespread event dedicated to Chianti DOCG involving territories, producers and local realities throughout Tuscany.

From May 3 to 9, 2026, Chianti Lovers Week returns, an event created with the aim of telling the story of Chianti through direct experiences, taking wine out of traditional contexts and making it dialogue with art, culture, gastronomy and conviviality.

A widespread event between tastings and territory

Chianti Lovers Week is not a single event, but a week of experiences spread across cities, towns and wine-growing areas.

During the seven days, the following will be offered:

• guided tastings and walk around tastings
• meetings with producers and consortia
• masterclasses and insights on the territory
• cultural events and experiential formats
• wine dinners, aperitifs and food and wine tours

The project involves different Chianti subzones and numerous territorial realities, creating a choral narrative that enhances the expressive plurality of the denomination.

Chianti told in a contemporary way

The idea behind the event is to bring the public closer to wine through contemporary languages and accessible formulas. In fact, Chianti Lovers Week brings Chianti DOCG to unconventional places, creating opportunities for wine and everyday life to meet.

Not only tastings, but also:

• routes dedicated to wine tourism

Scheduled events

The 2026 calendar includes events spread across Florence, Arezzo, Siena, Montespertoli, Prato and other Chianti areas.

Among the events included in the week:

• public tastings in historic centers
• winery visits and masterclasses
• art experiences such as Chianti Arezzo Art Experience
• meetings dedicated to sub-areas and territorial identities
• closing events with tasting and entertainment
