Chianti Classico Collection 2026: New Black Rooster vintages previewed in the largest Chianti Classico wine tasting.

The Chianti Classico Collection 2026 returns to Florence with one of the most anticipated events of the Tuscany Preview Week. The preview event dedicated to Black Rooster wines will take place on Monday, February 16 and Tuesday, February 17, 2026 in the evocative setting of the Stazione Leopolda . It is confirmed as the central moment to discover the new vintages of Chianti Classico and meet directly with the protagonists of the denomination.

Each year the Collection represents a unique opportunity to delve into the identity, evolution and richness of one of Italy’s most iconic wine territories. Two intense days. The first dedicated to wine professionals and the specialized press. The second to the public of wine lovers, who will be able to fully immerse themselves in the world of the Black Rooster:

• In keeping with tradition, Monday, Feb. 16, will be reserved for accredited journalists and operators, providing an ideal professional setting for targeted tastings, meetings with producers and in-depth coverage of new vintages being released.
• On Tuesday, February 17, however, the Chianti Classico Collection will also open its doors to the public of enthusiasts, who will have the opportunity to taste hundreds of labels and talk directly with the producers.

Protagonists of the 2026 edition will be more than 200 Chianti Classico producers. A wide selection of labels will be present for tasting: from the new vintages of theAnnata and Riserva, to the most representative expressions of the Gran Selezione, symbol of the highest qualitative expression of the territory. A privileged opportunity to understand the different interpretations of Sangiovese in Chianti Classico, the nuances of the Additional Geographical Units and the stylistic evolution of the appellation.

Alongside the free tasting, the Chianti Classico Collection 2026 will also offer in-depth moments, guided tours and activities dedicated to wine lovers, designed to tell the story of the territory, history and values that make Chianti Classico unique. An experience that combines knowledge, discussion and pleasure, in one of the most iconic spaces in the city of Florence.

The Chianti Classico Collection thus confirms itself not only as a tasting event, but as a true meeting point for producers, operators and wine lovers, within a week that celebrates the excellence of Tuscan wine internationally.
